This happened to me, and I'm just passing the info to you.
If you get a bill from a company TeleUno that you have not solicited or signed up for;
FIRST: please contact your current phone carrier and ask if your phone carrier services have been switched without your permission.
SECOND: call the FCC 888 225 5322 and let them know that you have been slammed or crammed. Slammed is when they switch your phone carrier long distance or local carrier. Crammed is when you have gotten a bill for false services you have not made.
THIRD: Call teleuno and ask them to remove the charges and credit your account. Do not give them more information other than what is in your bill. Don't argue, don't yell, simply ask for them to credit your account for charges of services you did not agree to have. They will probably ask you for your phone carrier, no need to give it to them, since your phone company is not in agreement with their services or charges.
FOURTH: call Florida state attorney general's office 850 414 3300, they help keep Consumer Fraud Protection from happening to other people.
