Next month's bill showed the credit, but also showed I was still hooked up and being billed again. I called, they said they would disconnect, but I would be charged a fee for disconnecting.
It is now Nov '04 and I have called and been told several times that I would be disconnected. they still appear on my bill, and are still charging me.
My latest bill has another new LD service I never asked for called TELLISS. I am being billed $86.74 by Telliss for 6 calls to England that I never made. Each call is six minutes in length, but separated by two minutes - if that is even possible. The number called is 0442073358468.
I have talked to my local carrier Qwest, USBI, and LD America several times. Each tells me that the other is responsible, and that the three companies aren't connected and therefore do not communicate with each other.
I am presently creating Voodoo dolls of each company.
