TEMPELTON GROUP AND  ALBERT KALASTEIN FRAUD ALBERTSON New York

Last spring, I heard advertisement on the radio WABC 770 New York which I responded to.  I spent about half an hour  on the phone with ALBERT KALASTEIN (THE THIEF) MANAGING DIRECTOR at the Templeton Group preparing documents needed to have my loan modified.  Little did I know I was about to be taken on the ride of my life.  On MAY 18 2013 Albert showed up on my front door we gave him check for$ 3727.93 for loan modification which I was told I would be reimbursed if nothing worked out. 

I continued providing all the necessary paperwork every time I was asked (ex: bank statements, paystubs, tax returns).   Nothing happened.  After numerous phone call and correspondence with the clown named Marcos and Albert himself,  I kept being told that they were working very hard on this.  They said the process could take a while. 

The next thing I knew, Albert  was no longer with the company and neither was Marcos.  I called the main number numerous times, no one picked up the phone.  This is beyond ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. These thieves not only made out with our money they have our social security numbers bank account info. Tax returns. We should look out for identity theft by this group.

I filled out small claim complaint form against ALBERT and TEMPELTON GROUP FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT AND FAILURE TO ISSUE A REFUND.

 They should catch up to all of them and make them pay for what they've done to me and so many others.  I hope what goes around comes around.  This is a shame. (((phone number redacted)))
