I was in between jobs and seeking work and picked up a local ad magazine called Thrifty Nickle in a store in Atlanta I happened upon an ad stating I could recieve free money from private companies to help me with my bills and finances that I would not have to pay back (Grants) I called the ads number and was forwrded to a voice recording that requested my total info and a call back number the next day "TERRY SMITH" called me and explained thoroughly, this unbelievable process of filling out simple request forms to send to Philinthropic Organizations throughout the south and midwest and how i would simply recieve checks in the mail 30 days later! (it sounded too good to be true) all he required  was for me to male an appointment the same day and meet him at the above address (which later I discoverd was his MOTHERS Home!) that he apparently shares after filling out the neccessary single paper and authorizing him to process it he informed me that I needed to pay him a $40.00  processing  fee after asking why he stated for his (NON  EXSISTING) secretary/clerk  at which point I declined and was prepared to leave his office /bedroom /storeroom! at which time he stated that the $40.00 was refundable at any time after the 30 daysif I was not satisfied with his services at which time he also produces this business card that listed all of his business credentials.

the whole time I was there the three phones and the fax machine were going off like crazy!!! these all should have been "RED FLAGS" but he assured me that his office help had called in sick that day and he was very  busy some calls he would answer and some he simply pulled the plug out of the wall to stop the ringing!!he wrote me a reciept and indicated on it REFUNDABLE and took my $40.00 cash all the while saying this is the real deal and not a scam "what can i do with $40.00 in todays economy that really aint no Money" (but it was my Money!!)

he gave me a 3 week date to call him back, and when I did the number was disconnected!!

I breverse look-up the address and called the decatur address phone number reached his Mother and inquired as to his whereabouts and a good contact number she only took a message and hung up almost immediately TERRY SMITH contacted me from 404 254 2138 and accused me of HARRASSING his mother and threatend me with legal action I was blindsided and shocked that the same smooth talking Bald Headed African American that was "here to help others in need" was now some "NIGGA THUG TALKING S**T TO ME ON MY PHONE"!!!

yeah I was Bamboozeled out of $40.00 TERRY SMITH but I got your address!!! so does everyone who views this posting
