In June of 2008 I ordered 3 Gal of Duracoat paint for my garage floor it was shipped and I fully paid for it.i applied the paint and this spring noticed a lot of flaking,as this product came with a 15 yr. warranty I tried numerous times to contact Protect your Surfaces to no avail.I finally in desparation contacted The New york Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs. They put me in contact with the company that took over PYS accounts and that company very graciously replaced the product with no hassel.Well imagine my surprise in Ocwhen Bud called me from what he claimed was PYS and told me I still had $160 on my account that had to be used and I would be billed for!!I asked him where in hell they were when i had the problem with the paint and he stated he did not know a thing about it,but when I stated that another company had taken care of their business he sounded real nervous. He again stated that I had to purchase something from a catalog or more paint to FULFILL my obligation of $160. I said like hell I was ,don't ship me a thing and I refuse to do busness with your company. On Nov 2 i got home and find a package from Andy @TFS Bay Shore,Ny and I wonder what is this, upon opening I finfd 4 pounds of powdered cleaner that I had not ordered,no invoice ,no nothing. With my next Discover card statement,SURPRISE $212.53 is on my account to TFS.I have contacted my card company and they are doing a dispute with TFS,,,i was advised to ship back the product, which I did...These folke are frauds and should be put out of business
