TGS, COLLISION CARE CENTER THE BURAS GROUP INC THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER THE OWNER HIMSELF ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO SCREW MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND SAY MY CAR GOT HIT AND HE WOULD FILE A LARGE DAMAGE INVOICE WHEN IT ONLY HAD A SMALL SCRATCH HE WANTED TO LANCASTER, California

This report will never quit. Sam Key never did anything wrong nor did he act in collusion to help defraud an insurance company. David **** was attempting to hide his car from Porsche of America and to defraud his insurance company.

When Sam Key notified POA (Porsche of America) as a manager is supposed to do, POA immediately said to stop all work and they would be out to pick up the car. They POA were the legal owners of the car. David **** had not made a payment for 8 months.

So the poster acts like he is some "worldly" individual, quoting "chills" as undercover agency people. The department of Insurance and the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) do operate undercover operations. As a matter of fact Sam Key has operated shops that worked with these agencies. These shops were the shops that diagnosed the repairs and the fraudulent repairs. Sam Key was one of the guys blowing the whistler, not being written up.

This entire claim by David **** is bogus.

 

 I am the Author of this Filed compaint and im sorry for not correcting it in a valid time period. SAM LEE KEY and i have spoken and he has kept his side of the bargain and retained to be a proper business man i always thought he was and "we" corrected any error on his or my part. My appologies go out to TGS Inc. and the people that work there may TGS Inc and affiliates prosper and grow as much as possible.

Mr. Salas reports information that has not foundation nor is true. He has been disparaging my name and companies without truthful information.

The truck in question was abondoned and sold by way of a lien at Copart. The money collected was applied towards tow and storage fees.

Lastly, Mr. Salas tried to pay for repairs at our facility , but the credit card was a fraudulent copy card and his car was reported to the lienholder and they repossesed it. He only has him self to blame for his actions.

We have not done anything wrong, for if we had the authorities would have notified us. As of today no authority has contacted us on any matter.

The main question is if David Salas had any proof of misconduct all he has to do is file a report, if not all he is hot air.

Mr. Brown's car was abondoned at our facility. We liened it for storage which is normal proceedure and we disposed of it. As a note Mr. Brown authorised to have it towed to our facility which cost $931.00 and the storage was at $30.00 per day and he was notified and at any time he could have claimed the vehicle but he chose not to. It was done all and perfectly legal.

Mr. Salas porsche was reposessed by Porsche of America and we ahve the order stating that he did not pay his payments and the came and got the vehicle and we had no right to stop porsche. It was their car and they are now sueing Mr. Salas for the remainder owed.

Yes you fail to state that your car was repossed by Porsche and I can produce the repossesion order and will post it. William Brown "Skip" was arrested and put in jail for drugs and I will post his jail information. His court date is soon unless he did a b***h deal.

  Even at this moment he's holding WILLIAM BROWNS Car for many months and with no paperwork to work on it at all? ...this poor soul just wants his car back and without lifting a finger SAM KEY is charging him heavy storage fees. Sam Key looks like hes going to court again, im sure the judges know him by name by now. And Sam, David Powers or whatever you want to call him was Never in Prison for Fraud that's your Venture not other people besides the Drug Charges that you have for Possession and Sales.

David goes by many names, David Salas, David Powers, David Roberts, Confederate Group, Group 151, Galenmedicus, and what ever new company he might be trying to use. He has spent time in prison for fraud. He is currently under investigation for fraud.

In regards to his car, we never filed an insurance claim. His car was repossesed by Porsche of America because he ran a scam and did not pay his agreed payments. In addition the credit cards that he gave us for payment were latter proved not to be his and were fraudulent.

In addition David is under investigation for many matters with the local law enforcement. His loan brokerage company provides loans that do not materialize.

In addition, I Sam Key am only an employee of TGS and I have never been an owner of the company. I also understand evryone has a right to their opinion, but the truth is the truth and we have the fact based evidence to back everything we have stated.

This report is false. At no time did myself or anybody else at TGS conspire to commit fraud. This customer , David Powers and his friend Jose Martinez both wanted their cars repaired and we were to file the claims with the insurance companies. Asis company policy we notified the lien holder (loan company) on each vehicle and the Porsche(David) and Toyota (Jose) both came down and repossed the veficles because neither had made payments in 8 months. In addition the credit card that Mr. powers used was proven to be a fraud and the Secret Srvice is now taking action to arrest him.
