Search TipsSomeone has added you as an Authorized User on their Home Depot Credit Card. Since you are only an Authorized User you are not responsible for the debt therefore you never had to sign anything. However, it is legal for them to place this listing on your credit report.
If you have no idea who would add you on as an Authorized user what you need to do first is send in a dispute to the Credit Reporting Agency. If they do not remove it then call the credit card directly and see if they can give you information on at least who's account it is. They probably won't but it is worth a try.
If you do have an idea who added you then have them contact HD/Citi and have you removed. This will remove the listing from your credit report.
