On 07/06/2012 I received a call Stuart Bragg, The Company

Warehouse at 1433, he was selling various products which he informed me that were essential to my business, other wise my new start up business would face heavy penalty charges. I provided him with my bank details at 1506. After
digesting the call I then called back at 1558 (within an hour) wishing to cancel as I felt that the information provided was very misleading. It was also known to be verbal miss representation, which I feel is a breach of contract. 

On the 08/06/2012 - 245.98 was taken from my bank account after various telephone conversations and email messages to your website requesting to cancel. Stuart had informed me that your accounts department do
not answer calls and that I should log a ticket via your website and it would take a 30 days for any kind of response.

To date I have not received a refund nor an explanation regarding this matter. I have contacted Citizens Advice Bureau. They have suggested that the first stage would be to write a letter sent via special delivery (Royal Mail), which I sent on 16.07.2012 addressed to Ross Hammond, Company Secretary at The Company Warehouse Confirming what has happened and that I would appreciate a full refund of 245.98 as quickly as possible, as I feel these above times are
within a sufficient time period for cancellation.

It is 24.07.2012 and still no response or refund how can I get  my money back?
