PLEASE READ THIS REPORT, EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS, ANY HUMAN BEING THAT HAS A HEART, AND CAN NOT WITNESS INNOCENT ELDERLY PEOPLE BEING FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED 2, 3, 4 THOUSAND DOLLAR PHONE BILLS SO REGIONAL MANAGERS AND MARKET DIRECTORS CAN MAKE FRAUDULENT COMMISSION!!!

This is coming from an EX-EMPLOYEE of THE MOBILE SOLUTION. i worked with this company for 3 months, alike 85% of it's employees. This company goes through employees like printing paper. 85% is accurate, it is only those 15% that make it longer, and 10% are not intelligent enough to catch on, the 5% are the heartless kind, that can actually make it in this company.

I WAS THE NUMBER 1 SALESMAN IN THE STATE, THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE. I SOLD 162 PHONES IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, AND MY 2 WEEK PAYCHECK WAS $3,542.00, OF WHICH I RECIEVED $1,962.00, WHICH AFTER TAXES LEFT ME WITH $1,554.00, THEY PENALIZED ME OVER $1,580.00 IN "NO-PAYS", FOR INCOMPLETE PAPERWORK. NOW USUALLY I WOULD UNDERSTAND IT BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER'S CONTRACT. NOT THIS TIME, 3 OF MY COMMISSIONS ON THAT STATEMENT CAME FROM SELLING MY AUNT 3 PHONES,IN WHICH I PERSONALLY BROUGHT HER, HER CREDIT CARD, AND HER DRIVERS LICENSE WITH ME DURING ACTIVATION. ON THE COMMISSION SHEET IT SAYS THAT I WASN'T PAID BECAUSE DRIVERS LICENSE "AND" CREDIT CARD IMPRINT WEREN'T THERE. THAT'S HOW I FIRST KNEW THAT THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THE REGIONAL MANAGERS AND MARKET DIRECTORS END UP WITH THAT MONEY AND OTHER FRAUDULENT MONEY FROM THE SO-CALLED BUSINESS. 1 NAME I WOULD LIKE TO WARN THE WORLD ABOUT IS TYLER BECKLEY, THE SO-CALLED REGIONAL MANAGER. THIS GUY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. I PERSONALLY SAVED HIM FROM NUMEROUS LAWSUITS FROM CUSTOMERS HE HAS DECIEVED IN HIS TIME. I HAVE ON PAPER, OVER 200 CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AGAINST TYLER BECKLEY AND THE MOBILE SOLUTION, FOR EXAMPLE, 1 CUSTOMER "CAUGHT ON TO HIS SHADY CHARACTER" WHEN HE WOULDN'T TAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FROM HER FOR A PHONE SHE PURCHASED. HER TOTAL WAS $145.20, AND HE TOLD HER TO GIVE HIM CASH AND HE WOULD DO IT FOR 100 DOLLARS. LATER TO FIND OUT THAT THE PHONE HE GAVE HER WAS USED, AND RETURNED FOR NOT BEING CAPABLE OF THE PLAN SHE WAS ON (MY-FAVS). WHEN SHE RETURNED, HE ACTED LIKE HE DID NOT KNOW HER, AND WOULD NOT RETURN IT. YOU COULD TELL HOW UPSET THIS CUSTOMER WAS BY THE TONE OF HER VOICE, AFTER CALMING HER DOWN, I CALLED THE VP OF THE COMPANY AND HE SAID TO EXCHANGE IT FOR HER. THAT IS JUST 1 OF THE THOUSANDS OF STORIES BEHIND THIS COMPANY.

YOU HAVE YET TO KNOW THE BIGGEST FRAUD OF THIS COMPANY. OF A CUSTOMER CAME IN FOR 1 LINE OF SERVICE, AND WAS APPROVED FOR 10, THEY WOULD ACTIVATE THE REMAINING LINES AFTER THE CUSTOMER LEFT, AND TAKE THE FREE PHONES ACTIVATED AND SELL THEM TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO USE UNTIL THE CUSTOMER FINDS OUT AND GETS THERE $4,000.00 BILL, WHICH WOULD BE 2 MONTHS LATER, WHICH IS WAY PAST THE 2 WEEK RETURN PERIOD, AND THEN LATER REALIZES THEY ARE UNDER "10" 2 YEAR CONTRACTS. THEY JUST RECENTLY STARTED REQUIRING US TO STAPLE THE CUSTOMER'S "SUBSCRIBER DETAIL" AND "CREDIT INFORMATION" PAGES TO THE COMPANY COPY OF THE CONTRACT. THOSE 2 DOCUMENTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S PRIVATE INFORMATION, THAT SHOULD NOT BE REVEALED TO ANYONE, NEITHER THE LESS, HUNDREDS OF SNAKES IN THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMERS CREDIT INFORMATION ALSO STATES WHAT THEY ARE APPROVED FOR, MAKING IT EVEN EASIER FOR REGIONALS AND MARKET DIRECTORS TO DETERMINE WHICH CUSTOMERS THEY WANTED TO POUNCE ON, WITHOUT EVEN PULLING UP THEIR ACCOUNT.

EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE OF THE BRIARWOOD LOCATION WALKED OUT TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME ON JAN 5TH, 2007. WHEN 1, OR EVEN 2 PEOPLE QUIT AT ONCE, YOU CAN'T ALWAYS BLAME IT ON THE COMPANY, BUT WHEN EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE WALKS OUT, THERE MUST BE SOMETHING FISHY ABOUT THE SITUATION.

WHEN I MENTIONED THE CHANGE OF EMPLOYEES THING, THERE IS ANOTHER THING BEHIND THAT AS WELL. THE REGIONAL MANAGERS AND MARKET DIRECTORS TAKE THE MONEY FROM THE SAFE TO DEPOSIT IT EVERY WEEK, AND END UP USING IT AT STRIP CLUBS AND ON COCAINE, YES THAT'S RIGHT TYLER, COCAINE. OF COURSE SOMEONE MUST BE BLAMED FOR THE THEFT OF IT, SO AFTER 6 OR 7 TIMES, AND THE COMPANY DEMANDS EXPLANATION, TYLER WOULD FIRE ALL THE STAFF, AND ALONG WITH THEM, SUPPOSEDLY GOES HIS FRAUD. NOT THIS TIME TYLER. I DID WAY TOO MUCH FOR THAT COMPANY TO HAVE THEM DO THIS TO ME, AND I LEARNED ALOT OF THINGS, LIKE, IF YOU CAN'T GO BACK INTO TIME AND CHANGE LIFE, YOU CAN PREVENT SOMEONE ELSE FROM GETTING INTO THE SAME THINGS.

BOTTOM LINE, DON'T BUY FROM THE MOBILE SOLUTION, DON'T WORK FOR THE MOBILE SOLUTION, DON'T TOLERATE THE MOBILE SOLUTION, REPORT THIS TO YOUR LOCAL MALL MANAGEMENT. IT TAKES A SMALL GROUP TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, AND WE ARE GOING TO BE THAT SMALL GROUP THAT MAKES THE MOBILE SOLUTION RE-IMBURSE ALL EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS THE MONEY AND DISTRESS THEY CAUSED THEM.

No, you have the right guy!

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

To the girl at the bottom of this post who posted about Tyler and said she went out with him and so forth, you have the right guy. The "car accident" he claims messed up his left side is actually Cerebral Palsy. Of course I would never judge or make fun of someone's illness or acts of god, I just wanted you to know you have the right guy. And the stories you state he was telling you sound EXACTLY like Tyler. He used that on many girls here. I witnessed it myself.

This man and the company I commented on are innocent

AUTHOR: kiwimoogle84 - (United States of America)

I just wanted to make it clear that two people with the same name are not the same people. By mistake I had connected a man and his company to things I had read on the internet and I wanted to make it clear that the two are completely seperate. This was my mistake and I have retracted all negative statements regarding this man and his company.

I retract my statement in its entirety. I had read this report and thought I had been dealing with this man. In reality I offended a very kind individual who has nothing to do with the man stated here. I humbly apologize for the misunderstanding.

Tyler Beckley is a liar and a cheat!

AUTHOR: kiwimoogle84 - (United States of America)

I wish I had read all of this information before I answered his Craigslist ad to hang out for a night.

I love meeting new people from new places and so I was bored and browsing CL to see if anyone wanted to hang out. So I found his ad. I suggested a place in Downtown sac and he met me there. Seemed like a really nice guy, we got along pretty well, and he told me this story about how he was in a CAR ACCIDENT and that's why his left side was pretty messed up. And then he launches into being the CEO of a $100MILLION dollar company. I thought it was odd he would reveal something like that on a first date but he actually "broke down" and said he has trouble dating because of it and goes to therapy. I felt kind of bad for the guy.

But then after we hit another couple bars, he started getting kind of sloshed and started professing his love for me. I thought it was really weird but I had been having lots of financial trouble myself recently, so I went, you know, maybe he wants to help me out of it (I AM NOT A GOLD DIGGER. KEEP READING.) He even said he had a new iphone 4 laying around and he'd give it to me because he wasn't using it (and my cell phone badly needs replacing). He started talking about this house he was building in Sac and he was like "you can come live with me if you want, I have a big kitchen and I'll cook for you" etc etc etc. I went, what if this guy genuinely likes me? I have dreams of writing a book and traveling all over Europe so I thought he might want to invest in it. He liked the idea and even said he'd front me money for my research. I thought, I can live my dream, this is awesome!

We hit one bar and I tried in good faith to show him that I wasn't interested in him for his money, because I genuinely liked the guy. So the waitress came with our drinks and I gave her a $20 before he could because I wanted to buy a round. He got PISSED. He started talking down to me about disrespecting him and "what if anyone saw that they would think less of me" etc etc etc. I went, geez. Ok. I didn't know what his problem was but by that point I had had too much to drink and couldn't drive. And now I'm pretty sure he did that on purpose.

So my car was parked downtown and we ended up cabbing it back to his hotel (where he was "staying until his mansion in sac was finished being built") and I just wanted to crash out, but at this point I was so wasted (he kept pouring drinks down my throat) I blacked out in his hotel. I'm pretty sure we had sex and I don't really remember doing it. Don't know if he managed to roofie me or something but the next morning, I still liked him so at THAT point I didn't really mind if we did or not. (please save your judgements) He asked me if I'd like to have lunch with him on Sunday and I said yes, so he said he'd make a reservation for Morton's at noon.

He stood me up.

I haven't been able to get in touch with him since and now I'm pissed. I'm fairly sure now he roofied me since after reading all this it seems like his style. I'm really hurt because I did genuinely like the guy- or at least I liked what he made up. But he was funny and sweet and he promised me all these things- and I'm a smart girl with a pretty strong bullshit radar so I can't believe I got duped this way. He made it believable with how much money he dropped on drinks and buying strangers rounds and whatnot, and I felt bad for him because of his disability (the "car accident").

So now I feel like I need to take a really hot shower and bite my knees and cry a little. This guy is evil.

He looks like this http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=100001862190288. He has cerecral palsy. This Tyler Beckley is from a tashy city in Colorado, but he lies so much that I wouldn't be shocked at all if he's now telling people that he's from Ohio. This guy does NOT need to work at a place where he has the ability to steal SSNs!

Tyler Beckley is a fraud.

AUTHOR: Denver, CO - (USA)

I personally have had the displeasure of meeting Tyler Beckley and know first hand that he is a con. He takes advantage of unsuspecting people, lies, and steals from them. The things stated about him are true. He meets strangers on Craigslist and steals from them and ruins their lives. He has a antisocial personality disorder and has no remorse for the horrible things he does.

SATISFIED 100% FORMER EMPLOYEE/CUSTOMER OF THE MOBILE SOLUTION

AUTHOR: Princess - (USA)

I must honestly say, I am very dissapointed to hear all of this complaints towards "The Mobile Solution" (TMS). I have just recently found out that they were shut down for being "scams". And honestly I am very shocked, I worked for this company a matter of 3 months (like most say employees last). I have nothing to complain about them, if I did not get harrassed by the amount of customers I did at the mall I worked at Gurnee Mills (which by the way we were in the top 10 in the Chicagoland Area) I would have stayed with them. We had a cart and we were promised a kiosk but I couldnt stand the harrasment from bypassers and rude people trying to hook-up. I've read stories of ex-employees not getting paid on their 162 phones. Can't say its not possible because it could be, but I must say to everyone that has complained On my behalf and not TMS, I am sorry you have had such a bad experience working for them. I want to note that those of us who were honest sales representatives did work with good intentions and were trained to do so. I loved the guys I worked with, they helped me I helped them. Yes, I did sell my 40 phones my first month and was paid my $200 bonus.

I want to say a good majority of my customers that I activated/renew lines for were satisfied customers. I am going to brag about how good our store was because I worked with good people. Our guidelines was to explain to each customer throughly in what they should know (because you did not want them to comeback and make a scene for you ommitting to them something you should of told them at the time of purchase). We had to explain T-Mobile's $200 early termination fee, plus to please keep their lines active and avoid suspensions for non-payment, ect. for 180 days. If failed to do so, they will see a charge from TMS in the amount of $250 on the credit/debit card being used today. We did had to sell Digital Buyers Club (DBC) and yes it did work. During my time with TMS not a single time did I see any type of fraud I did not see: Managers stealing money, Representatives opening more than the lines desired by the customers (we were trained to convince them to do so, but not to fradulent open them), Not getting paid on missed paperwork because in order for you to carry on a sale once upgrade/lines of service was approved you would ask right away for a DL/ID of the account holder, Debit/Credit card (if the card was not in their name the owner of the Debit/Card will have to be present with their DL/ID) and we had to photocopy the DL/ID and must collect an imprint of the Debit/Credit card, The customer had to initial each paragraph we the representatives would read to them and explain literally in short terms what it meant (honestly), I never heard of returned phones coming back and selling them to customers, Prefered Debit/Credit cards over cash to cover us the representatives assets. Also if I'm remembering correctly we would get paid on the 1st and 15th of every month.  We were asked to keep a log for each line we upgraded/activated to make sure we got paid and were aware that if a returned was made within 14 days we would not be paid (I cannot speak for other stores/managers I know that at my store Gurnee Mills we did. My time with them was from November 2005 - January 2006).

After my time with TMS, I became a customer. I have a great majority of my family and friends with T-Mobile service and a lot of them went through TMS for an upgrade and a new line. I always encourage them to buy DBC upfront (later switched to Mobile Protection Plan [MPP]). What can say, yes true we did had to be on the phone line waiting for up to 40 minutes but to me it was as simply as "if I need the phone I will do it". It is not hard to go to the police station and file a lost/stolen phone or item report and fax it over to them. You will see your phone And yes FedEx to you!I cannot speak for all of those who had a bad experience working for them or being unsatisfied customers. What I can say is I enjoyed working for them, I am fair and honest and I am pleased to say that the people who I worked with and was trained by Never did I once hear of a cover-up, fraud, not getting paid. Yes this was sales and we did our best. I know that there is only a few people who like their job and do it well and I was one. My family comes first and I would not want to see them be in a fraud situation, I would not fraud another family. Therefore I and the people that I worked with (and to my knowledge) did not commit any type of fraud. We were honest and competative workers.

If TMS is indeed guilty of all of the things its been accused of I would not know, because all I know is all I know, I worked for a great company and with good people.

Tmobile employee

AUTHOR: Acidpop5 - (U.S.A.)

I hate to say this, but I cringe when I get calls from dealers from Mobile Solutions. I spend a good part of the early part of my week putting lines that have been started on 2 accounts but were supposed to be one together, taking features for services the customer doesn't even have (and never did) off their accounts, and my all time favorite, finding phone numbers attached to a store account where the customer has been paying in cash for a line that isn't even theirs. I also love the indirect stores who impersonate direct dealers in an attempt to get what they want, who add lines the customer never asked for; I could go on....

I never send a customer to Mobile Solutions because it means I will have to clean up the mess later and it gives T-Mobile a bad name in the mess when in fact, its mostly out of our control. !!!The indirect stores like Mobile Solutions have their own contracts with their own hidden fees!!!

Go to a corporate T-Mobile store. They can actually help you and they are the only store that can honor a reps promises and override prices when promised. A lot of them also allow sim replacement at no charge, will move your information for you, or they will call us.

(I can't say anything about cocaine or strip clubs though... I'm not sure how that helps)

John, your statements are overboard

AUTHOR: Successbyintegrity - (U.S.A.)

John, mabye some of the things are true like certain representatives doing fraud, which is high frowned upon. These employees are dealt with. As far as not getting paid what you were "supposed to", you obviously screwed up. I've been with the company for over 5 years and have never had a paycheck issue. You obviously didn't have you paperwork correct. It is called doing your job correctly. Oh and as for the no-pays, the regionals and MD's don't get the money you didn't receive. Keep in touch with yourself John.

The Mobile Solution is FRAUD!!!!

AUTHOR: Frank - (U.S.A.)

THE MOBILE SOLUTION IS CROOKED PART 1 OF 5
( WE WILL FIGHT TO SAVE THE CONSUMER FROM THIS EXPLOITATIVE COMPANY )

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE MOBILE SOLUTION.
- DO NOT WORK FOR THEM
- DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES FROM THEM
- IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN T-MOBILE PRODUCTS,
DEAL DIRECTLY WITH T-MOBILE

I invite any corporate officer of the firm to challenge me on any of the following statements, after diligent examination of following argument any individual that would willingly engage in any business activity with the The Mobile Solution is naive, simplistic, and ignorant.

The allegations that "TMS" is an unscrupulous and unethical corporation are completely accurate. Firstly, I would like to attempt to disambiguate and demystify the reasons that cause TMS employees to encounter severe issues when recieving their paycheck, particularly following the holiday season. The firm has critical liquidity issues arising from enormous debt obligations in the form of exorbitant rents to malls, and the working capital constraints of maintaining an expensive inventory of cellular devices. The insolvency issues of the TMS are further exacerbated during the holiday months as rent escalations are implemented by the malls in which the firm has locations, for example a typical mall location may require $5,000 per month in rent during the year will require rents as high as $15,000 per month for a "mall kiosk" in the November and December Months. Further, sales are accordingly more robust during the holidays resulting in, you guessed it - substantially increased commissions due to sales reps in Dec, Jan, Feb.. The increase in sales typically does not cover the dramatically increased costs, further commisions are paid at a staggered pace were T-Mobile will pay TMS for phones activated during Dec as late as JAN or FEB. Also, TMS is a privately held corp. owned by alleged former drug addict John Mccevoy, the firm utilizes no short term or long term debt, thus the company is heavily exposed to short term working capital insolvency, in more clear terms - the company cyclically runs short on money during the course of the year. Further, the company has little if any assets that they can borrow against, none of the locations are real estate owned, all leased from malls, thus the company holds minimal assets to sell or borrow against.

Now what happens if you have to concomitantly pay higher rents, hold more inventory, do not access short term capital, and need to pay drastically increased commisions all at once? LIQUIDITY ISSUES!!!!
Resultantly, if you examine the confluence of factors creating the cash crunch - which of the following 3 would you expect by immediately effected?
- Malls not being paid correct rent - No then TMS would get kicked out
- Not buying Inventory - No then the business would suffer
- Creating reasons to avoid paying employees the massive commisions accrued during the holidays - We have a winner!!!

Thats right the employee, the company creates unfounded reasoning to avoid paying commissions to employees. With the turnover rate being extremely high and constant recruitment of an unfiltered work force the replacement of employees remains a readily viable option for TMS. The company figures we will pay each person less and if they don't like it we will replace them!

Is it fair to not pay employees for inadequately completed paperwork, absolutely. However, this a slippery slope mandate, more explicitly what constitutes incomplete paperwork? The company heavily utilizes this despicable loophole to avoid paying millions in payroll each year! Can the company declare you not elgible for commission on a sale simply because you forgot to dot an i or cross a t, or maybe a reciept fell off of a loose staple, moreover who ensures the quality of each file and handles the auditing to qualify a file for its completeness. The paperwork for each transaction is taken from a location lets say in St. Louis and shipped to California, we can fill a valley with the number of possibilities that could occur to a file resulting in it being determined not elgible for the resulting sale. Its completely plausible that a file could have been filled out completely in St. Louis, but by the time it got to compliance in California it was tampered by someone so the sales rep doesn't get paid! SORRY
Now if a person activates 150 phones but only gets paid on 135, ok then maybe some paperwork was missing. If another person activates 150 phones and gets maybe gets paid on 75, ok then maybe that person was a underhanded. But when across the board it is purported that an inordinate number of employees are complaining of being grossly mispaid - then some nefarious activity is at work here.
BOTTOM LINE: the company commits improprietary acts in order avoid paying employees due commissions!

Look out for PART 2 The unfortunate Mobile Solution customer

Unfair, unfounded, slanderous, and uneducated

AUTHOR: Franky - (U.S.A.)

I would like to let anyone reading this know, many of the comments made about the company are untrue and uneducated.

First of all, if an employee does not receive commission on a sale, there is a reason. If an employee fails to fill out ALL forms of the sale properly, they do not get paid. It is a really simple concept. If a customer does not sign and date all portions of the contract, the contract is not valid. It is null and void. Use common sense. If you buy a car or a house and you don't sign any contracts or are missing portions of the contract, the contract is not valid. It is a legal document.

Second, if an employee does not get paid on a sale, Regional Managers and Market Directors don't make any money on the sale. Get real! If a sales representative does not make money on a sale, neither does upper management. Everyone is in it together. If any ex-employees ever experienced this, your Regional and Market Directors lied to you. All management gets paid the same way sales associates do.

Third, I do agree that there may be some "bad apples" out there. There are markets, managers, and sales people that may be unethical and unprofessional. However, the majority of the company is legitimate and a positive work environment. The people who give The Mobile Solution a bad name are dealt with properly. They are not tolerated, and are disciplined and/or terminated. Every company out there has its own problems and issues. They learn through experience and improve daily. TMS is a fairly young company. It gives everyone equal opportunity to be successful. Its a commission job that is based on performance. 18 year olds who don't have an opportunity to go to college with no sales and management experience can do so with The Mobile Solution.

Finally, it appears to be a common thread amongst all these complaints. I see many people that are uneducated, can't spell, and have poor grammar. How reliable are any of you if you can't provide information in a professional, correctly spelled and grammatically correct manner. Would you believe something you read on a bathroom stall? Also, a lot of the information I have read is simply untrue and slanderous. If you feel slighted by the company, make a valid and logical complaint with the better business bureau. I would appreciate any feedback to this posting. Thanks for reading.

im actually on the tmobile corporate side (((( items in the title of the original report need to be deleted - they are

AUTHOR: Airbag22 - (U.S.A.)

i agree with the complaint almost 100%. i dont know about the strip clubs or cocaine (although i wouldnt put it past them), so i wont agree with that part... yet.

ive worked for T-Mobile for 2 years in the indirect side and the direct side. i have written numerous complaints to our indirect staff about the mobile solution. i have several customers a month come in to me with a mobile solution story. In my store, its common for one rep to come up to another and the first question they ask when a problem arises is "has the mobile solution ever logged in to their account?", which would be listed in the memos.

i have personally known TWO former mobile solution employees and they have BOTH told me horror stories about this company. One friend actually told me that they kept a list of "good" social security numbers to activate lines under for the people who dont have approved credit. one time i actually had a customer unable to verify his account because the last four digits of his social were way different than the one under his account, however the name and billing address was his. i think that there is a major flaw in the system where the social security doesnt seem to check against the name during a credit check. i might be wrong though, but i have accidentally activated a line under the wrong social because i typed it a digit off, of course being a corporate employee i fixed it so i can keep my job :-). The mobile solution takes advantage and has the obvious choice of choosing ethics over activation commission.

the mobile solution is THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take it from someone who is often screwed by them (by wasting selling time dealing with the crap they put customers through).

Oh, and if someone asks you to add a line just to get a new phone, they are SCREWING you. you SHOULD NOT ever need to add a line unless you have a legitimate use for it. it only hurts you in the long run.

Who is this johnny GUY?

AUTHOR: Richard - (U.S.A.)

I have worked for the mobile solution for 5 months now and i have loved every second of it. My regional managers and my MD are the most honest and helpful business men i have ever known. this guy who claims he was the number one salesman is full of .... 162 phones in three months would not even come close to the top salesman of the company.

i have had the pleasure of working with the number 4 salesman of the company "eric knox" and the number 7 regional "damien scholler" and let me tell you, eric sold 102 activations and was only number 4 in the company. now explain how the .... this guy was number one with 162 in three months? that was your first lie. secondly, the cash drops that are taken from regionals goes straight to the bank because i have seen it myself! recently parts of the michigan market have been taken over by the cleveland market which has gone under numerous investigations from the fraud department which included calling customers and interviewing employees. there was not a bit of fraud found.

now tell me why they would create a fraud department if the company was doing fraud???? maybe this guy is a little saulty because he wasnt good enough to stick around and in what cases he claims to have been fraud might have been true by one bad employee, but lets face it, what company doesnt have that one employee that goes away to jail for fraudulant activities?i would love this johnny guy to name one... and for the customers that are approved for 10 lines and walk out with all ten. that is a result of a good salesman getting people to sign papers that directly state all of the terms of the contract on that single piece of paper. thats all i have to say JOHNNY.

#18 UPDATE EX-employee responds

TMS is a great employer

AUTHOR: Kevin - (U.S.A.)

OK to John who did 162 phones last december? first off i still keep in contact with the same regional and district manager that i worked under after becoming a district manager my self. The last December i worked for The Mobile Solution 162 phones wasnt even close to the number 1 person who sold the most phones in the WHOLE NATION so to me it sounds like if you did sell 162 phones most of it was fraud!!!! And i find it funny that you actually new the whole dollar amount of a 2 weeks pay check, maybe you did 162 phones but dont forget q and t class's dont get much commision and lower end plans dont bring to much commision either, so if your two week paycheck was 1500 dollars i would not say much because that is still pretty good and i really doubt you sold 162 straight up all big and bad plans where you could of made 10,000 in one month, cause i know for a fact the TMS does pay there commsision if paperwork was done right because i was a sales rep for 8 months before i even made manager and my checks were always right.

Second of all, regionals and market directors stealing money out of the safe? If you didnt happen to know all that money that is lost or stolen gets taken out of the regionals bonus or paycheck so i really dont think they would do that, whats the purpose? People do shady stuff for The Mobile Solution dont get me wrong they were not saints, but the dedication that my employee's had and I also for making sure that people felt like they walked out with the best deal was more important than the extra 5 or 10 bucks on my paycheck, and if it wasnt for The Mobile Solution i wouldnt be the CEO of a florida based company out here in Central florida for Ampd Mobile, The Mobile Solution gives you the training and qualifications you will need wether you leave the company or you reached your peak with the company, you are ready to tackle on bigger and better things, the mobile solution was the stepping stone, the base foundation for the rest of my life, and i proudly say, Yes i worked for them, besides the long hours and the stressful days, it was still a rush for me when i closed a deal, and Like Jesus from west florida says, and someone i have worked with before, i still get the nostalgia of going to corporate meetings and meeting the big hitters with the company and dressing to impress and thinking of new and exciting sales ideas to better my life with. Some people sometimes get the raw end of the stick, i have in life too but i dont get mad because i couldnt make it like you john, TMS isnt for everyone thats why the employee turn out rate is so High cause not everyone can handle a past pace, high rushed work enviroment, So instead of sitting here with harsh feelings towards a company that you only worked 3 months for and you act like you know every detail, get out and do something you want to do, because trust me if you sold 162 phones you wouldnt have left!!!!

The Greatest Authorized Dealer In The Nation TMS!

AUTHOR: Jesus - (U.S.A.)

The Mobile Solution (TMS) is the nations largest mall based wireless retailer because of highly trained knowledgeable salespeople. The Corporation has over 450 locations and employs over 3000 people. TMS standards puts Customer Service at the top of its list because it is our duty to keep T-Mobile's "Best Customer Service Award by JD Power and associates" for years to come. You must have to be the best in order to hold such an award, and because TMS takes pride in its customer service we will continue to keep such a highly respected accolade .

The Mobile Solution has a Fraud Department that makes certain that employees that take advantage of consumers are terminated with no questions asked. They do an excellent job at finding out who the culprits are and making sure the customers are taken care of. Let us not judge a great company because of a few bad apples who are sore because they couldn't handle the intense working environment in sales. Not everyone was born with the patience and ability to make people happy, so I personally do not blame people for quitting this great company.

My store and many other stores in the West Florida Market's business comes from repeat customers and personal referrals. "Need I say more?" People bring people to us because they know that they will receive the same customer care that they did. Because we are the largest T-Mobile dealer, we have better discounts on our phones and accessories. Yet another reason to buy t-mobile from us. We break records, beat our competitors , and put customers first. After all its our customers that make us the great company we are today.

The people bashing our company would get more results from talking to TMS managers or calling 1-800-937-8997 t-mobile customer care and we will make sure that one way or another our clients are taken care of. As for those of you TMS drop outs that couldn't handle the job because you had sloppy paperwork, or couldn't sell phones ligit so you had to resort to fraud, your not with the best anymore because you just weren't fit for the team. It's only natural that the weak die out and the strong survive. No matter what you claim, you know you miss it. Being in the market meeting wearing your best suit, talking to people seeing them happy when they leave, and the adrenaline rush from closing deals daily, are all nostalgia for TMS dropouts memories that you will no longer be able to live again. For all I know you guys might just be other indirect dealers that are just out to give our company a bad name on this site. How much credibility do you really have. You guys just sound like little cry babies because your no longer with the company. As far as "REGIONAL MANAGERS STEAL EMPLOYEE MONEY FOR STRIP CLUBS AND DRUGS" dude grow up. Thank you for reading and I wish all of you haters the best of luck. HA!
