Look these people are pretty slick. They told me they received my request for a card through another bank card company that shot me down, and they were a company that handle people like me with special credit needs. The rep and I went back and forth with my probing questions responded to by his rebuttal. Which were good by the way.
These people had me very convinced after I though I had hit them with every trick I new to confirm the validity of their company and purpose. Even there verification department did a good job and what they do to make all seem lagit... Bottom line the biggest red flag for me was when I called back to to cancel I could not seem to get through for one, got hung up on for two, and the biggest thing was their customer service office claims they don't directly work for THE PEOPLES REBATE ASSOCIATE. The Customer Service rep said they were a third party merchant customer service company called CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNATIONAL and claimed to be oblivious to the Peoples Rebate Association's fraudulent dealings? Yeah...
Well I called my bank and they are in the process of fixing the problem but it will take 10 days to resolve. Fact is we are all looking for a way to repair certain damages to our credit, but online or cold call credit card sales are not the way. They only end up costing us more time, money, stress, and most of all the wonding of our dignity. May God Bless us that are aflicted and condem those who afflict and teach others to do it to more people like us. The Bible says "to him who teaches his brother to sin, to him (the teacher) is the sin imputed" and "vengance is mine I shall repay says the Lord"
