Having spoken to Mr. Gallo, corporate representative, thee other day. It left me with the shallow vision that they have for those who need help in this area. They look down on the people that they supposed to represent as hopeless failures who are in need of 'rehabiliatation' but unable to change their wayward trend.
It has to be a pretty miserable business model to look upon your clientele as weak minded unfixable lost souls that have just a few dollars more that a business can extract from them before their demise. What a wretched approach to business life.
