to any security company please do not hire thomas newton he is a lier and a thief he is a security guard who plays a cop on the job he will get you sued yes i did hire him to work for me back in the day because i thought he was a good security officer but when my clients started calling me stating they had not seen security i started investigating thomas newton and went to my clients and reviewing their video tapes i saw a different side of the story
the tapes only showed thomas newton dropping off the security reports but he was never on property which means he falsefied legal documents which also means he stole time and money from the company one of his best friends who i hired as his supervisor also caught him dropping a report in my clients drop box which didnt fall all the way in he was called in my office and terminated but was paid for the reports he could prove he is lucky i didnt persue charges for theft
i do have witnesses and i still might sue him and then when he does work he goes overboard he tries to detain individuals for drugs that police would probaly issue a ticket for why would i ask a wannabe questions about the law when he doesnt even know it his self at least i have the training he doesnt even know how to be a security guard your job is to observe and report as a security officer if you want to be a cop so bad go to the academy like me and several others did for the training you probally wouldnt make it through the first week of training
a security guard is all you will ever be there is one thing i do know that if you keep on playing cop you are going to get hurt or worse and maybe arrested oh by the way i saved that video of you playing cop i might just show it to DPS and see what they have to say about it BACK OFF or i just might have all of my clients give DPS call and let them see those tapes also so if anybody got rip off it was me and if i was such a bad employer i wouldnt have never put you in a free apartment you failed to put that in the rip off report stop hating and move on grand prairie tx

The funny thing about this is that if you guys were done this way when you worked for R & A Security then why would you come back and work for us again? Did you ask yourself that question? Obviously not because you don't think. So everyone reading this knows that you are mad because you got caught not doing your job. The whole process in which you handled this is totally immature.. that tells me that years have gone by and you are still dwelling on the same drama and still immature. I do not have time for drama I have a business to run. Truth to the matter is... this time you were not transferred to another company...YOU WERE FIRED!!!
When I go and make promises to my clients I expect the job to be done correctly that's why you were in place as a supervisor on which you could not handle this position.
SO LOOKS LIKE THE JOKE IS ON YOU!!!!!

You guys need to get a life go take the test and open your own business if I got something to say I can say to your face where ever when ever you name the place. you guys are bitter because you thought you could get over and it didn't work. you guys will forever be guards that's why you are still working for someone else and when they make you mad or bust you for trying to Rip them off and fire you you will do the exact same thing to them. where are your Ethics at .you guys need to grow up and move on that's the Adult thing to do. I will not play this child's game with you. find some Toys to play with. I will not respond to anymore of this nonsense I have moved on why don't you say whatever you want to .I know the Truth you guys are a Joke .I know who you Are any Weapon formed against me shall not Prosper

I am a former employee of the person reporting this and find this funny. The same person reporting this is also the same person that was investigated by DPS. I went to work for this individual when he had R&A Security. I didn't receive the pay I was told when hired and then there was times I would not receive my pay checks on time and not in full for whatever reasons it was that week. Any company expense that the employee paid were told they would be reimbursed on the following pay check and would never receive it and when asked, they would state "I didn't receive your receipt" or it will be on the next check and would never receive it. This same person then sold the company and stole the funds that were suppose to pay the employees in which was also under investigation by DPS. Then turned around opened another security company and did the same thing to those employees. They slander employees behind their backs but won't say it to their face. This isn't the first person this person has slandered and sure it won't be the last. I have worked with Thomas Newton for several years and have never seen him just write a report and leave. If he worked a post, he was there from the start of shift to the end of shift. I have never know him to impersonate an officer either and it is not illegal to question somebody that is on a property which is what this person want us to do as well. So since you say you went through the academy, then you also know that what you wrote here is Defamation of Character.
