Final Solution... the benefit of the doubt

Here is how you get rid of them and the bill.
Report them to the FTC, BBB, your State Attorney General's office, and file your own rip off report.
Send them an e mail stating that you have done this, (even if you really didn't)and then save the correspondence stating that they will get rid of the charges. Also call your phone company about this. I find it hard to believe that they all don't know about this, and should give you the benefit of the doubt.
Google the name of this company and you will find many other web sites with posts from folks in you situation. You have no problem getting rid of illegitimate charges.

nationalone has billed me and billed my phone company,in return they are billing me to. i was told to go to the website to deal with this probablem. so i did and that is when i realised in order to get any help i have to download something from them. that is when i realized that if i do this then they have got me, so i didn't download. i need help they will shut off my phone if i dont pay but i am being scamed and dont have the money anyway. someone help me please.
