I have known Tim for quite some time and find this report completely absurd.

Tim is a gentlemen who goes out of his way to do the right thing in business.  He would never intentionally exploit or maliciously harm someone in the industry.  Gibraltar is a small place and people talk here, there's no way that Tim could have the job he has if he ever treated customers in such a way. 

I believe that this report was written by someone in the industry jealous of Tim's success, looking to get quick gains immorally. 

Yes, thank you again to everyone out there for coming forward with your support regarding this silly, but quite nasty little affair. Of course these accusations are completely false and the person making them merely a jealous little nobody whose own business is almost certainly on the rocks (if like so many of you have said, this is probably just a rival Estate Agent scared of the competition I represent ) but they hurt all the same. Despite my appearance, I am human too you know!

And again, like the majority of you have suggested, I know I should ask this person to come forward with evidence to back these claims up, but you know what? I can't be bothered. I know they are completely false. People who work with me and those who have worked with me, know they are completely false, and if anyone has any doubts about my professional credibility and wants to check me out themselves, I shall happily furnish them with ALL the necessary details with which to do so.

Presumably someone's idea of a sick, vindictive and ultimately, cowardly joke to discredit me with my employers.

As my services as an Estate Agent both here in Gibraltar, the uk and united states have won me frequent praise and earned personal recommendations from senior directors of international corporations, solicitors, re-location companies, hr departments and both buyers and sellers alike, I shall ignore this spiteful little foray into "cyber bullying" and condemn it to the waste bin where it belongs.

Unfortunately we live in a world where certain individuals can publish material like this, safe in the knowledge that they can never be brought to justice in a normal court of law as no requirement is placed upon them to reveal their identity. I however, having nothing whatsoever to hide, have posted full contact details including personal mobile phone numbers, home addresses etc and of course if you have read the above, well you know where I work so if you happen to be in Gibraltar, come along to my office and meet me, I think you'll find that I am not the person as portrayed by someone too frightened to reveal themselves.

Anyway, thank you for reading this and thank you too for the many people who have already come forward in my support.

Together we can put a stop to cyber bullying.
