WOW! I RUN AN AUTO SHOP IN THE SOUTH WEST AREA , AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT I COULD HAVE SEE THIS TRAIN WRECK OF A CO. COMING. ON A WEEKLY BASIS I HAD ONE AFTER ANOTHER OF CUSTOMERS WHO PREVIOUSLY VISITED TIRE WORKS, AND ALL HAD HORROR STORIES OF WHAT THEY WENT THROUGH WITH THE GUYS AT TIRE WORKS, SO MANY THINGS TOLD TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT WAS NEEDED AND APON FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE REPAIRS SUGGESTED BY TIRE WORKS WAS NOT NEEDED AT ALL. ALSO HAD ONE OF MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS GO TO THEM GUYS FOR A TIRE AND WAS TOLD THAT HE NEEDED BRAKES AND OUTER TIE ROD END LEFT FRONT .AND THEY THEN PROCCEDED TO THREATEN HIM THAT IF HE DID NOT FIX WHAT THEY SAID, THAT THEY WOULD NOT LET HIM DRIVE HIS VEHICLE OUT OF THERE.. NOW I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT HIS BRAKES HAD 50% LEFT ON HIS TRUCK AND THE TIE ROD END LEFT FRONT WAS FINE ONLY THE DUST BOOT WAS SPLIT ONLY, AS HE HAD HIS VEHICLE IN MY PREVIOUS WEEK FOR FUEL PUMP AND OIL CHANGE AND FREE ROTATION WITCH IS WHEN WE LOOKED AT HIS BRAKES AND THEY WERE FINE, MY CUSTOMER ASKED SPICIFICLY ABOUT THE TIE ROD END , AND WHEN WE CHECKED IT THERE WAS NO SIGNS OF WEAR JUST NEEDED TO PUT A NEW DUST COVER. THE STORIES GO ON AND ON AND ON. SMOG REPAIRS THAT DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEMS, THEY ARE NOT LICENSED TO DO SMOGS OR REPAIRS,TUNE UPS DONE AT HUGE PRICES ONLY TO FIND SPAK PLUGS LOOSE OR STRIPPED OUT ETC ETC. WARNING JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS ITS BAD NEWS FOR YOUR WALLETS AND YOU VEHICLE........
