TITAN FINANCIAL debited my account for $299 with promise of $2500 credit card. After numerous calls I still haven't received it. Rip-off! DALLAS Texas

Finally, I contacted them at the phone no. given and demanded a refund which she told me would take 5 - 15 business days to occur. This has not happened and it has been 24 business days. I attempted to call again today and was directed to a number 10-10-275-00. I want my money back... not the card.
