I am so grateful for this website so that people and/or companies can be exposes for what they do! I was unfortunate to purchase investment properties that TJ Harrington of Integrity Real Estate Properties sold to me and even more unfortunate to have TJ Harrington of Integrity Property Management manage these properties I purchased from him. TJ provided all the contacts including the inspector, closing attorney, mortgage broker, insurance agent who all proved to be as bad as he is. As the saying goes, birds of a feather fock together is so true in this case. In the end, the reason I ran away was because after owning the property for several months, I stopped receiving property management statements and TJ's excuse was that his wife was in the hospital and therefore could not send out the statement nor send the funds. That lasted about 6 months until I was fed up and decided to move on to a new property management company and when notice was given, TJ Harrington actually threatened me by email maliciously stating that should transfer management services elsewhere, I would make the biggest mistake and lose the properties and lose all the money I invested. That when his true colors were revealed. If you are smarter than me, you will run away and run fast!!!
