TJ Lending St. Charles, MO TJ Lending(Financing company) Rude, Worst Customer Service, Demanding, Unprofessional, Internet

I'm actually writing this for my boyfriend who has an automobile fianced through T.J. Lending. He has had problems with them from the start.  I only want good to come from this. I have read many reviews about this company and noone has anything good to say, so there must be some truth to it.

My boyfriend is never late on payments, whether it be for his car or any other payment due.  Once in a great moon, he will find that he forgets to call in and make his payment with T.J. Lending and first thing in the morning, on the same day, they're hounding him.

They call him at work and blatanly ask him why he hasn't made the payment. Each time he speaks to a woman, who is hateful and yells. I'm not sure if this is a family owned business and they don't believe in customer service, but I find it absurd.

Sometimes, the payment due date will fall on a Sunday, so he will call first thing that Monday morning to make a payment and they ask him why he's late and what's his reason behind it? I find this very strange. I could understand if he was several days past due, but isn't there such thing as a grace period?
 
Nonetheless, it's one day and they were closed on the payment date. He tells them that and to which they reply, "Why didn't you pay it Friday?"  This company just seems ungrateful and lacks in the customer service department.

There was one incident where he called in to make a payment and read his debit card number to the lady and there was some lack of communication or a misunderstanding but the security number was typed in the computer wrong. Most people would account this as a typical human mistake, but not this lady. She called him back yelling saying he gave her a card without any funds on it because the card was declined.

These were just a few incidents in which he has told me about. He is not one to complain and neither am I, but there's a point where you come to, that things need to be addressed. I'm not even fianced through them, but I can tell you that they are the most unprofessional, rude, non customer service oriented industry out there. He repeatedly tells me that he can't wait to be free from his loan with them and not have to deal with interacting with these people.
