Placed an on-line order through trusted store and window came up for free shipping. I called the number and was told the free shipping rebate would be emailed to me, which never arrived. I agreed to a $1 trial membership to Great Fun, and was told I could cancel within 30 days and not be charged the $15.99/month. I was charged $1 for Great Fun, Plus $1 for Shoppers Advantage, which I did not authorize, both of which would have resulted in $15.99/month charges. I immediately called the phone numbers to cancel out. They repeatedly hung up on me after giving me excuses for not being able to cancel (computers slow, number changed, transfer drops me), and also offered $100 gift card offers to try to entice you to sign up for something else. I cancelled my credit card, and sent an email to them to cancel, which they finally sent a confirmation back. I never received a single thing from Shoppers Advantage, nor the free shipping rebate for my on-line order. The club is not worth the memship fees, and they continually bill people and make it extremely difficult to get out of.
