We have given your review careful consideration. We work hard to ensure all our clients have a positive experience with us. Regretfully you have completely misinterpreted our efforts. We categorically deny the conclusions you have stated in your misleading review.
Seeking new clients at shopping malls is but one part of our business. Repeat sales from our existing, happy and satisfied clients is important to us. We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the best of our ability.
We are present at many malls throughout the region because this is where people go when they want to buy goods and services.
All our customers, including your mother, approach us about their furniture. We do not pursue them. We discuss their wants and needs extensively specifically to determine if we can be of service to them. Only then do we offer to have an estimator visit the customer, and only then if the customer invites us.
We do not discriminate against anyone for any reason. Senior citizens have every right to request an estimate from our firm and have every right to accept or reject our proposal.
We do not mislead nor take advantage of anyone. We strive to be completely fair, honest and open with all customers at every stage of their relationship with us:
*Our furniture evaluations, proposals and contracts are only provided upon customer request.
They are clear and provide an in-depth, detailed account of all services and goods we provide.
*We strongly encourage all customers to have all interested individuals present during our evaluation and proposal, including spouses, parents or adult children.
*Our contracts clearly provide customers with information about their considerable rights to cancel any agreement with us under The Consumer Protection Act.
Furniture restoration can sometimes be a complex and extensive undertaking if the items are badly worn and/or damaged. We have no control over the condition of the items; we can only propose a repair solution and price it accordingly. It is entirely up to the customer to accept or reject the proposal based on their own wants and needs.
Finally, we hold all our employees and representatives to the highest ethical standards and to be responsive to the wants and needs of our customers. We strive to treat all customers with a helpful, fair and positive attitude. We specifically invite all our customers to comment on the usefulness and professionalism of our estimators. We take any customer issues seriously to resolve all genuine problems. We work hard to continuously improve our firm in all its practices for the benefit of the customer. Our positive efforts have been demonstrated by the literally tens of thousands of satisfied customers we have serviced in our 23 years of operation.
