I have been a loyal customer of tmobile for 3 1/2 years bills paid on time and nerver late however approx a year half ago i upgraded to a gaxy2. I noticed that the phone was very hot upon complaining to tmobile on different occassions they replaced the housing unit but not the memory card or battery, having telecommunications experience myself 30 years plus i quetioned it and the response i got was that they dont do that,
Upon leaving for Florida on a business trip and vacation to the islands my phone went totally out, it took them to send a phone but i receive it, even the replacement phone was terrible, the calls would drop the recepiton was terrible i spent 6 weeks in florida and had none to nil coverage no internet voice quality terrible delayed text messages and etc etc. they offered no credit other then 10.00 claiming they dont guarantee service if you move???
upon my return to Atlanta in Aug i wrote a letter to there executive office and to this date no response, i was also billed for the repair of the galaxy 2 even though i was paying for insurance on the phone, they claimed it had physical damage while a local store in ga said no inside not out, Here is the kicker i paid my bills other then the charge for the repair of the phone, my bills usually run around 220-240 a month
Last month since i was disputing the charges since aug they decided to cut my 5 lines off because the repair of the phone was not paid, i had to pay for the charge and then got that credited back to me, however thismonth they now cliaming the charge is back on there again, at this point all i want to do is leave them and go to another carrier without being penalized does someone have a suggestion
