I purchased a new phone for my daughter, and paid full price for the phone, so as not to be forced into extending the existing contract with TMobile. TMobile then proceeded to add internet to this phone line, after we specifically told the Sales Rep we did NOT want internet on this line. (We have four phones on this one account). TMobile then proceeded to charge us $50.00 for the internet on that line; I contacted them via their Chat representative (Martha R., ID #853306); this Rep said we would have to pay this first month of internet, but that there would be NO additional charges in the future (I obtained this in writing from the TMobile representative). Next bill comes, and sure enough - there is the same $50.00 charge. I again contacted TMobile via a Chat representative ((Charnie H., ID #145-0676); she told me this new charge was for 'prorated internet services for last month'. I explained to her I was told there would be NO future charges on this, and her response was, "Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for Choosing TMobile".

STAY AWAY FROM TMOBILE. Not only are they liars, but their coverage is terrible. When our contract ends next Spring, we are dropping them immediately.

Poor Customer Service!!!!

T-Mobile will " black list" numbers of people they do not want to talk to. When the recording says " high call volume" it is really that they don't want to talk to you. 

Try entering in someone else s t-moble number and see the difference 

If you file a report with the FCC and Attorney General that T-Mobile is in violation of your contract, T Mobile will remove you from their " Specialized Queue"

Its a crappy way to do business if you ask me.

T-mobile Internet rip off.

I have experienced the same problem with my little brothers phone line. We even turned off the Internet usage option on all the lines and every month they charged us $50. Every month became a customer service battle, which I do have to say there reps are friendly and courteous, but none the less extremely annoying to repeat the web option was turned off story for almost a year.
