T;Mobile Ferdinand Y.1450553 i recently a request for an adjustment on my bill because the poor quality of service:static, drop calls,echoing. I have been customer service who has troubleshooted my phone.There analysis indicate service problems on their end,although the phone iam using have problems also.the response by Ferndinand Y. 1450553 was t-mobile does not guarantee service quality in all their service areas. However the paragraph by him was bill payment and to make sure it is payed before the 8th of May. Money appears to be t-mobile main concern with no regards to the quality of service they provide to their customers alburquque Mexico

T-mobile primary objective according to a response to my email is money and not customer satisfaction. Ferdinand Y. 1450553 was not concern about whether i have quality service but rather he emphasized without concern that i pay my bill. This is how t-mobile treat their customers.
