Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I would NOT recommend TNT Fencing to anyone. They were not willing to assist with fixing a major leak in the basement that they caused by not paying attention to drains and drilling post holes too close to the home. They did not have anyone check for underground lines or piping. Obvious drain piping was destroyed. All brand new carpeting had to be ripped out and mold removal from leakage was very costly.
Very unprofessional and angry when asked to come out and assist with repair. Seemed very uneducated and irrational. Fence was not placed in position that was discussed. Company cut corners and did a poor job on fencing. Also did not clean up after themselves.

I take exception to your assertion that this site is unfair and false! This is the only outlet that cannot be paid off by unscrupulous business like yours must be! Then in your response to the complaint you demonstrate how uneducated and pre-cognitive you are since you cannot put together a sentence as the original report indicates. It is sad that your poor working habits and excuses have caused YOUR customer such hardship and all you can do is state that you are not responsible for what havoc you caused YOUR customer! If there were a reasonable exchange there would not be a complaint. Grow up, no - MAN UP, or get yourself out of business!

Hello,
I am commenting on this accusation because I see this as the perfect opportunity to show how people can abuse this site.
Firstly is there any mention of this person being ripped off? No there is not so that alone shows abuse. Secondly if you look at the contract that this individual agreed to it clearly states on the front that we are not responsible for any under ground pipes wires etc. It also says in BOLD PRINT CUSTOMER MUST CALL THE UTILITY LOCATERS and then gives the phone number. Lastly this customer fully inspected the job then paid us in full without any mention of the pipe, location-cleanup nothing. So if you feel that my company could have done anything differently please let me know what. My name is Todd and my number is 770-873-0664.
