I bought a Toshiba laptop less than 6 months ago. It is under warranty still. The charger quit working and they will not send me a new charger without a credit card and I do not have a credit card. I asked them why they said they would not cover it without credit card. So now I am stuck with a Toshiba laptop with a charger that doesnt work and now way to charge computer because I donot have a credit card. If you are looking to buy a new computer donot buy a Toshiba because they donot stand behind their products.
