She spent a lot of time calling Toshiba with promises of getting called back by a supervisor. This never happened. She called the Customer Relations Department and spoke with a case manager named Rob.
he stated that she could NOT speak to a higher level employee than him, that she can not get her money back as the computer is now out of warranty! (How convenient!) He only with allow her to get it repaired!
This is a brand new computer that she never got to use!!
How dare they! This is a total ripoff, I might call it a scam!
BOYCOTT these predators!!!
