TOTAL CLEANSE MAJOR RIP OFF!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! MIAMI Florida

I ordered a "trial" bottle of their product, Total Cleanse. I do not wish to receive any more. Returns cannot be made without an authorization number. It is IMPOSSIBLE to obtain one.

I sat on hold for the toll free number line for forty five minutes listening to music. I had to hang up to take another call. When I called the number back, they were closed for the day despite the fact that meant they would have been closed the entire time I was on hold according to the hours they gave.

They direct you to a "Live Chat" where you can also get the number. Guess what? You fill out all the required information, the screen goes blank and then rolls back to the original screen, not acknowledging the information at all.

When I went on to my own e-mail later I found a message saying thanks for writing and here are links to the most common questions. Of course, NONE of them were in regards to returns.

This company is obviously a TOTAL rip off. Avoid at all costs!!!
