I placed 2 orders with toyglobe.com. 1 order was 90282 in the amount of 20.23 and the 2nd order was 90061 in the amount of 25.23. I have been given the run around on when these figures would ship: I had to call them and was lied to on several occasions. Also , I demanded a refund and still have not heard anything back and this has been going on for almost 3 weeks.

Hello Joe,
I just did a quick search on your order numbers and I see here that your order was not even charged until April 4, 2004 and our shipping policy says that we have from the day your credit card is charged, 7 to 10 BUSINESS days in order to ship your product. In your complaint you say that you have been lied to and blown off for 3 weeks, your order hasn't even been placed for three weeks. Today is the exact 10th day of 10 business day time frame we have allotted ourselves. If for some reason I can't get a tracking number to you by the end of the day today, I will issue you a refund.
