TQL www.tql.com People STAY AWAY from these morons. We handled several loads from them delivered on time and no issues. The last load handled for them was a partial that the receiver claimed that had damage. I called milford, Ohio

This took almost a month while they were holding 40k of our freight bills for loads that had nothing to do with the last shipment. WHY DO WE CARRY 250K of cargo? When we contact the receiver he claimed that they repaired the damages hung up on me. NO pics or given us the opportunity to have our insurance send out an adjuster. ****PLEASE DON"T USE THEM! we paid the driver, the fuel, the truck and trailer payment, the insurance for the move and they carelessly gouged us.

Like I said we are honest company that play by the rules. Every party has the right to prove their innocence. We are not claiming that there were no damages we don't know if there were by 10 pictures our driver taken when delivered the load nothing major was damaged. The shipper stacked the freight in our truck and the packaging might have been poor.
If there were damages we should been notified by the receiver or the broker like every other broker does in this industry. We have insurance covering our cargo but how can we provide a claim with out evidence we took the $1910 hit which was deducted from our $2100.
Truckers if you ever come across this company you better read that contract they got so much things in there they'll have the right to take your first born because you were late an hour. TRUST ME AS I SAY THIS IT'S NOT WORTH IT.... They are Blacklisted in our system to a network of 60 carriers roughly 2000 trucks and I will keep posting the Truth on all blogs that we are members of. 1st amendment right and it's the truth.

The claim in question has been accepted by the carrier as their fault and a representative of their company has signed a document agreeing to the deduction. The claim was resolved in just over a month and all funds previously owed to the carrier have been released.
Any claim is an unfortunate situation and requires confirmation and documentation by multiple parties. We
do our best to resolve every claim quickly and fairly for both the carrier and the customer. TQL Carrier Services can be reached at 800-580-3101, option 1; Fax: 513-248-5347; Email: CarrierServices@tql.com.
