The owner of subway in Rochester, Puyallup and Ocean Shores have a reputation for accusing innocent employees of stealing food, money, and other products in their stores. When they see a drop in sales and above all profit in their pocket, they pick an unsuspecting employee who works for them and immediately accuses said person of theft. The recourse for these actions are reduction in hours, and loss of ability to remain alone during any shift. If you happen to be a male looking for employment, do not waste your time with this company, The owners "business partner" is a sexist pig and would rather have all women working in the stores, only for the sake of eye candy. They promise flexibility with scheduling, but as soon as you need time off for any reason, you are deemed unreliable and if you can not show proof of your absence there is a possibility of job loss. If you have messy handwriting, please be mindful that your handwriting will be judged by the "business partner." Depending on the severity of your handwriting your application could be overlooked, made fun of, or disregarded completely. This man has taken "psychology" classes and messy handwriting is the first sign of a lazy, uncooperative, aggressive employee, and will not be tolerated in the workplace. 

Another thing to beware with this employer, if you have a personal financial affair with them and decide to depart from this company, they will hold your check until THEY find the best solution to settle the matter. This includes printing TWO separate checks, or providing the remainder of your check in cash. They will allow you two options, you can sign over the check with all of your hours and take the cash in the envelope, OR you can take check number two with all of your hours printed on it, but the money owed to them is already deducted from your earnings.

This company is a silent prowler for good hard working people, and the public needs to be shown the true colors of a sincerely "Bad Company."
