I signed up for a TRADEKING.com acct. I bought 100 shares of stock for .08 each. After a few months, the company was reorganized and the shares went up to $16.00 per share. Of course, I want to sell! Tradeking cancelled the sell. First they say, the company is still reorganizing. The company had 5,000 vol. on a day this week and they are doing well. TRADEKING.com will still NOT let me trade this stock. Another family member is trying to move his TRADEKING acct. to another online trader, NOT A DISCOUNT BROKER, and TRADEKING.com is denying the move. He filed a complaint with the SEC and now TRADEKING.com is saying they will transfer one of his companies if he would purchase the stock cert. from TRADEKING.com for $200. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. We bought the stock, low, the price went up and now we want to sell and TRADEKING.com refuses to let us sell. Don't sign up with TRADEKING.com, they make up rules to suit themselves!

It seems that with certain people or in certain situations that TradeKing will not allow you to make a profit. I recently had a horrible experience with TradeKing actaully disabling my ability to trade online for no valid reason in order to prevent me from making a profit. I can relate to your posting, especially when you stated that TradeKing will make up a rule as they go. They are not a reputable firm.
