TRANS-AMERICAN SERVICES CORP Denis Chiro, Compay claims to advertise to sell or rent timeshares, they sell ads for $1500 only advertise THEIR name and customer gets scammed. Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I was contacted by phone. Said his name was Mario. Asked me if I owned a timeshare I said yes and he proceeded to tell me this TRANS AMERICAN SERVICES would advertise it so I could sell it. First price was $3,000. Said No.
He would not give up. his magical price came down 3 more times to $1200. I said I wanted to see properties listed on the system and see what the customers were getting for results. This is where it begins to smell. The Web Site www.transamericanservices.com is quite amateur with 4 properties listed. What ? 4 properties??? this came to quite a surprise since they had been in business for years Mario stated. Really ??? I then went to FL corporations site and look them up only to find they opened only 5 months ago. Mario would not stop asking for a credit card. I asked for a list of advertising they did for other customers and got only double talk.
As it turns out this company does advertise, the problem is they do not advertise even ONE customer's timeshare, They only advertise their own name as proof in the Dupont Registry. This is one of the oldest scams in the world. Most of these companies operate for a year and get closed down by authorities or they run their lists dry and reopen under another name. I am sure this company follows the rest.
Transamerican services is a total scam. Do Not give these people your credit card under any circumstance !

your company call us as well i check it out you have alot of complaints , you just have to know where to look the department of agriculture has 4 complaints to them . goggle has at least 9 and other sight as well your company does not deal with corporations at all it may say that it does but they opened up 5 month ago if you go to sunbiz.org you can see it is impossible that you have thirty years of experience . the department has the registered owner as having 3 years with a licence to telemarket and the other one that is on the corp paper work does not have one at all brian mccoy as an officer of the company , if your name is mario put your licence on the report so we can check it ..... remember if it walks like a duck , quacks like a duck it probably is a duck . you are a ripoff !!!!!! do not give them your credit card at all ......

My name is Mario and I am the one mentioned in this "complaint." I can appreciate the time and energy you used in this report, but please include all of the facts within the report, also I have reviewed all of my records and I do NOT show a "Ron W" as someone I spoke with and there is also no way to know if you are a another company trying to bad mouth myself and Trans-America! Please provide information to the fact of you being contacted and speaking with myself.
I would also like to include that we DO have all of our properties listed on our inventory site, we DO advertise with DuPont Registry, we DO attend major conventions along the side of DuPont, we DO advertise with Travel Host magazine, and We DO advertise on 610am radio. That is 1000% more than any other company out there. If we were not advertising people's properties as you stated in the report we WOULD have many many many more complaints and we DON'T, you are the FIRST and ONLY complaint. Again, thank you for your time and effort on this report and have a great holiday.
