TRANSTECH MERCHANT GROUP LYING S.O.B FORT WORTH, Texas

This company is a scam. When I first signed on, they promised me the lowest rates. As time passes, the rates started to increase. I called the representative and he was no where to be found.  Called customer service and I was told that rates are subject to change on a daily basis. So what did I signed the contract for?  

I then cancelled my service with them and was told that there will be a $495.00 early termination fee. I agreed to that. About a week later, I saw that they had taken $595.00 out of my account. I call them back again and this time I was told there will be a debit fee of $100.00. I was never told about the debit fee when I cancelled them.

This is the worst company to work with. Customer service is horrible and rude. There are so many hidden fees and they charged $8.50 for monthly statement that I never received. I would never work this company ever again even if they offered me lower rates than the  company I am currently with.
