I came upon a monthly charge to my credit card by accident. Upon noticing this transaction, I called my Banking institution who provided me with a telephone number to contact the business enterprise directly. The individual whom I was referred to from Traveller's Advantage, was extremely agitated and elusive. He said that there was no record of my membership with the company and couldn't explain why my credit card was being charged on a monthly basis. He said that there was nothing he could do and that I had to contact my banking institution, BANK OF MONTREAL, MOSAIC MASTERCARD and have them call their company directly re: the charges. I called BMO MOSAIC MASTERCARD and spoke to an agent who was very helpful. He cancelled my credit card, ofcourse at an inconvenience to me, since I would not be able to use my credit card until the new card arrives. But at least this would put a STOP to the ILLEGAL and FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS. However, he mentioned that the Banking institution would only be able to REFUND me 3 months payments that were deducted fraudulently. Upon investigation I found that my credit card was being charged since August 2007, which means I would have to forfeit the monies lost. My concern in reading some other reports by innocent victims of fraudulent companies, is that that company concerned seems to be committing illegal, unethical, deceptive and fraudulent transactions, and yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE to COMBAT THIS CRIME! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION! I AM CALLING ON ALL PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED by THIS COMPANY or its subsidiaries TO STAND TOGETHER and file a CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY or whoever is responsible. I am willing to take this to the highest possible level. Perhaps get in touch with the powers that be and have this company investigated. The fact is that there may be millions more who are unaware of this activity. I am going to get in touch with the MEDIA in VANCOUVER to have them investigate this so that there can be MORE AWARENESS among the UNSUSPECTING PUBLIC. Suffice it to say that I hope that some ATTORNEY or LEGAL FIRM will support this class action suit!!!

These criminals need to be taken care of like all other people who commit such fraudulent practices.
