TRAVELOCITY Overcharged-then dbl charge on credit card--won't rectify the problem--cutomer services is a joke--spent over 27 min on hold to no avail Nationwide

We booked our weekend trip away through Travelocity -- when we rec'd our credit card statement we were charged by both Travelocity & the hotel we stayed at---
and the funny thing is---Travelocity's room rate was higher!
We have been trying to get a refund form either Travelocity or the hotel-- the hotel tells that they can't refund our money because Travelocity hasn't paid them---
a vicious circle to say the least---
upon calling Travelocity---they offered me a $25 discount on my next booking---ugghhh---do they honestly think I would book through them again!
Meanwhile we wait---
