TRISTAR PRODUCTS, INC FLEXABLE HOSE confirmed incorrect order; added two additional orders to credit card, have spent much time listening to music on phone contact, no "800" customer service #, Internet

When ordering the product which was a buy one get one free, just pay for shipping.  The order displayed was not correct, I went back & changed it, the screens disappeared * a confirmation screen appeared & I noticed that there was only one shipping charge & no "get one free" shown.  I attempted to call the toll free # listed on the web site, the person who answered referred me to customer seervice at: 973 287 5160.  I called this # the nextPMand was put on hold for in excess of 20 minutes, (my phone bill was mounting up rapidly). 

The next morning I attempted to cantact them by calling every 3 minutes & received nothing but busy signals for over an hour and a half.  when I  finally received an answer I was again on hold listening to music.When contacting my credit card company I discoveredthat the company charged me not once but 3 times.  I am working with the credit card company to have the charges removed before the product is shipped.
