This is a response to the TrueGreen off Westinghouse-Charlotte, NC 28278

I was told to go to this site and file a dispute and the following is such.
I was with another franchise of TrueGreen and in the process was very unhappy with my service, I paid faithfully and the service that I received was not what I expected. At the time I lived at 15328 Wedgewood Commons dr, Charlotte, NC 28277 and the account was under my wife's name solely Paula Cook. I made her cancel the account due to the fact the work wasn't good and I had done a better job on my own.
After I moved into my new home at 14308 Winged Teal Rd, Charlotte, NC 28278, I was called by Steve Logan of True Green a relationship manager and account specialist that promised me like 12 treatments for the price of 6. After signing up, paying my last bill with the pass account of $59, I decided to give them another chance. Again they started coming out and treating my lawn, at the same time promising that the drought didn't matter and that they would have my grass together in a couple weeks. They sold me on some treatment that needed little water due to the state of the drought at the time. They did just about 3 treatments before I noticed that the lawn wasn't getting any better, weeds were growing and the grass was still dieing off. I called and asked to speak to Steve Logan the guy who signed me up. He sent a tech out to look at my lawn and perform retreatment. Still nothing, next time I called I asked for a manager, they got me Ronnie (didn't get last name) and he began trying to salvage the relationship, he came out himself and treated the weeds with some non Truegreen formula as a way to show me that they were trying to fix the issue at hand and move forward. The weeds died off and they treated the rest of the grass again (treatments I was paying for). The last treatment I was done and they billed me $59, I contacted TrueGreen about 3 or 4 times after that to get someone out and to let them know I needed to escalate the issue of my unhappiness with the service. Ronnie answered my calls (I had his cell number 7046229736), but always stated he wasn't in the office and that he would call me once he got into the office. He never called me back. This is about a 6 months to a year process. I even bought a $4000 irrigation system because I felt TrueGreen was going to try and say that the reason their services werent working was because I didn't have a means to water my lawn at least the minimal amount.
This is a charge of $59 that has now change to $62 because it is with a debt collection (Day Knight debt collection service) and I shouldn't be getting charge this because prior to receiving the $59 bill, I told TrueGreen I wanted to cancel the account and that I didn't have any successful treatment after that point that should have been charge to me. When you call in you basically get a receptionist that knows nothing about the situation other than whats in the notes, and I called frequently to make sure I put enough information about my ongoing concerns with TrueGreen in documentation form.
TrueGreen were very deceptive and unethically to even a more business oriented person like myself, I can just imagine what they have done to other users----------BEWARE------------
