Does anyone know if there will be an industry class action lawsuit? If so, I definitely want in on it. I am another one of their very dissatisfied customers, after being with them for many years. They still don't have Massachusetts software available (90% of my business is from there) and luckily for me I purchased another program in early February, after being lied to, by the few staff that would answer the phone, repeatedly. I lost a few early clients but hope to get them back next year..perhaps with a promise of a free return. TRX should be closed down for such bad business practices. Kathy and Doug Hughes should be ashamed of themselves for treating their once loyal customers like this. After spending many hours on hold, having email sent back to me stating that Karen Bills' email address is no longer up, the frustration and anger on my end is causing high blood pressure. I'm not afraid to leave my name, city, and state..hopefully something can be done about the scam they pulled off this year so that others do not go through the experience that all of us here on RipOff Report have.
TRX Alliance..Alliance?? Seriously? Let's all of us start our own "alliance" and go after them in a lawsuit. Not so much for the money. but for the principle!

I too have used TRX for a few years and found 2012 software to be the worse ever. Customer Service employees do not care for the people who are paying their wages-we the cheated I have lost many customers this year due to TRX Software issues. Here it is April 3 and the State of Indiana has not been released for e-file. Horrible Service!!!!
