Today is Feb 14 and I will never be victimized again by TRX Software and the unskilled people that staff their offices. I have not received one refund check and over 100 tax returns were filed on or before Feb 1. TRX says nothing is wrong, IRS said electronic files are damaged. I wasted hour after hour trying to get help with no satisfaction. No state software yet, no 8863 yet, software updates malfunction and need to be deleted, tax prep fees do not attach to efiles, on and on the disasters keep comming. TRX sold me garbage and ruined my reputation. TRX makes the competition look great. When you file a return with TRX your client is burned and you get to answer call after call inquiring what happened, where's my money, why does everyone else have their money. Today I switched to Drake. Lovely, smooth, immediate satisfaction, states, Ed Credits, smooth smooth smooth, professional people answer the telephone within a few rings and answer your questions immediately. Will I ever recover from the nightmare that TRX caused....... not likely.
