Have called them they will not help. Called a lawyer, a class action suit is the only way for any of us to get some financial compensation. Have called The Institute for Justice (the lawyers who put an injunction on the IRS.) They deal with more government issues, but is this not government. If the IRS approved this , are they partly responsible for passing software that does not work?
Will pursue BBB and call Institute back? If any of you are interested in getting involved with a class action suit, lets get going.
