We would have to wait on hold anywhere from 1 hour to 5 or 6 hours, only to be told we would get a call back. We had continual networking issues and were finally told that they could not help us anymore, and would be available to help us April 15th.
This is the incident that caused us to buy new software. We have had no problems whatsoever. From what I understand, TRX still has not released state or corporate forms. We are now stuck having to extensions for 120+ corporate clients because of this horrific ordeal.
We have given up hope on ever getting our money back, but sincerely hope (wish) they are held to task for this mess.
