When I call all I get is its coming soon. I am losing customers this year and will need to convert to another manufacturer next year. I have use this company for the past 5 years and previously were fine on delivery and the quality of their product.
I am not sure what happened, but when I call customer service I must wait 30 -60 minutes. Their service technicians are not very good either, could not explain how transfer docs from one year to the next. This years program is very difficult to work with, you must check everything to make sure it carries from schedule to schedule. Carry forwards from previously year are also a problem. Do not buy this software you'll be out of business before you know it.
