I tried calling the number on the AMEX for this company and it is impossible to reach a human. Every option on the phone directory refers you to the web site, hanging up on you after the statement is made.
Coincidently the message that the phone is answered with says "If you are calling about charges made to your credit card that you have questions about......." Sounds like they are waiting for this call???
I went to the website to find that this company is not based in the US as my AMEX statement shows, but are based out of South Africa.
I will be contacting AMEX to refute charges.
