On 17.dec.2009 I get a mail from them that sey: Hi Ciprian, Has it arrived yet?
I call them on the phone and told them thats I did not recive any tshirt from this second 5 tshirts order. Tha lady from the phone told me thet only Sex Pistols tshirt was send and she "will investigate and let me know". As no one let me know for a week I call agen on the phone a little bit angry and the lady told me agen that "she will investigate"
In the same day on 18.dec.2009 I revice a mail "We will send it again today. Best regards. Jim"
. I email them right awey and ask them why they need to send the tshirt agen and recive this answer: Hi Ciprian, You said that you didnt receive it. As it has been lost in
transit we have sent it again. Sorry for the problem. Best regards. Jim
" So, can tshirts just disappear? What dos he mean "lost", they did not "investigate" as the lady told me on the phone?
On 4.ian.2010 I email them agen and ask them what about the other 3 tshirts? I told them that if I dont recive the tshirts in 1 week I want my money back. I get this mail: "Hi Ciprian, We have refunded for the 3 shirts that have not been
sent. Sorry for the problems, Best regrads. Jim.
They never bother to told me how long will get to recive them as I already weith for 6 weeks, they just refund. That was fine by me anywey that I figure will never get this tshirts. I get the refund ok.
As still not recive any tshirt from this order, I email them agen on 17.01.2010 and ask them what happen as the other tshirts never arrived. I ask them why I can not find tehm on the phone and whats the normal hours they answer the phone. they never answer this. I get the last reply ever from tshirtsvill.com: We sent the Mr Bungle and Sex Pistols tshirt on 20th
November. We actually sent the Sex Pistols tshirt twice. The Nirvana tshirt was sent 14th
December. The others were refunded.
Since then I wrote serveral emails, they never answer.
Has been 82 days since I order and pay this tshirts. Still never recive any tshirts from the second order. They claim they send the tshirts twice. But I never recive them.
I ask them what company did they use to send the tshirts? They never answer that as well. They ignore all my mails since 17.ian.2010. I always write them polite and never offencive.
This is not about the money. The firts tshirt was a gift for my best friend. I'm lucky I recive the tshirt. But what was happen if one of the other tshirts could also be a gift? What I was supouse to sey in this case? "Happy Birsthday! Your gift is a ripoff?"
I have no idea why they doing this. Is becouse I am from Romania or what?
I never recive this tshirts and I'm willing to do anything, reclamations and all. There have to be an Europe legal institution of costumers rights. Please point me in the right direction. I want to take legal actions agenst this copany. Thats not a normnal wey to behaive with costumers! I pay right awey with debit card in the minute I order and now they not reply my mails? If nothing will happen I will sue this company. Like I sey, is not about the money is about principles.
