On January 3, 2012 I placed an order for one Tummy Tuck Belt which I was quoted as $19.95 I gave them my credit card and I was told that this would appear on my card ($19.95). Well I looked at y credit card statement and I found that they had charged my card $51.20 not once but twice and when I saw this I called them and told them that I was over charged and also charged twice. Well first I could not understand the customer Service Rep, and two I was tranferred five times. I told them that I wanted to just cancelled the whole order and wanted them to refund my credit card, well I was told that they could not do that the the order had gone out, (which it did not) as I had already checked to see if the order had gone out and was told that it hadn't. At this point I was really pissed off and demanded to speak to a manager or supervisor. Well the customer service rep told me that they could not transferred me over to any manger or supervisor, but that she would take off $19.95 and that I could keep one of the tummy tuck belts. I told the girl that I did not order two tummy tuck belts and that I wasn't going to accept her giving me a $19.95 credit, what I wanted was a full refund. Again she tells me that she could not give me a full refund. So I just hung up and called my bank and reported this company and the tranaction as Fraud. Guy please do not do any business with this company nor order there "tummy tuck belt"

I agree with the rip off report

I too ordered tummy tuck belt and also received 2 belts and also got charged extra. I didin't know I was charged extra until I got my bank statement. I didn't do anything about it because I thought it would be worth it if I can actually loose inches from my waist but that wasn't the case. I even give it another chance bu ordering 2 more bottles of cream and hoping it will work. Again. nothing changes. I did what what the video  told me to do for almost 3 months and no I didn't loose any inches or pounds at all. Not a single ounce or a single Inch. I am very disappointed and lost money for believing the commercial they show on TV. So yes I agree it is a rip off and false advertisement. I don't recommend anyone ordering it.
