TURLEY-THOMPSON - TREEHOUSE MARKETING - MONTEREY FINANCIAL SERVICE ripoff SCAMMED DISHONEST DECEIVED ME INTO BELIEVING I WAS OKAYING A FREE-30 DAY TRIAL OREM, PROVO UTAH NATIONWIDE

I have been had by a telemarketer by phone, who offered a 30 day free trial Of an acne treatment called OXIDERM. AND that if not completely satisfied, ii could return the unused balance to the company. That the 30 day free trial would only cost me $l9.90, which was to pay for shipping and handling.

Now I have been charged on my credit card $199.95 which MONTEREY FINANCIAL SERVICE has been paid, and will not acknowledge or return, as they say that they are only there to see that Treehouse Marketing gets paid. When I called Treehouse, they had the excuse that they received my return but that it was past the trial date.

I RETURNED IT MAY 29, 2003, and they received it JUNE 5, 2003, but now, they are telling me the time begins when they ship it out. I did not receive anything from thm until May 6, 2003.
