TVBOXSET - H. Braggard. Sold me a COPY of a DVD for full DVD price. defective, I returned it - NO REFUND - they kept it to sell to somebody else. Napierville Quebec
Here is the email they finally sent me, after 2 months:

I'm very sorry, but the company we used to charge credit cards for us has locked all our funds in there account.
They will not let us process any refunds nor will they release any money to us.
You will have to contact your bank/credit card company and have them file a chargeback. Your card company will credit you the amount owed.
I am very sorry for the problems, but this problem is beyond our control.
Anytime you ever use your credit card on the internet, you are protected by your card company.
If you ever order something, like in this case and don't get it. All you have to do is call your card company up and have them file a chargeback.
They will put the money back on your card and take it from who ever processed the order.
That was just a tip.
