TVBOXSET.COM ordered, paid for but dvd's not supplied Canada Internet
I ordered and paid for the complete DVD box set of the Red Green show from tvboxset.com on 12th July 2007. I got a confirmation emai with an order code 19595.
On August 4th, I received an email stating there had been a mailing problem and all the orders within an order range had been messed up and they were in the process of sorting out the problem. Could I please be patient as they we in the process of sorting the problem.
On August 18th I was sent an email saying thye would be shipping the reorders withina few days and I would get a new confirmation number. In compensation for the mess TVboxset said they would give me a discount on my next order.
I said I wasn't ordering anything new until my Red Green Box Set arrived and was it possible to get it to me for my husbands birthday on the 18th September.
In early September I emailed to check that my order had not fallen off the radar, I got another email on 17th September saying that someone in support would check on the progress of my order and get back to me.
I have heard not a word since despite sending several more emails asking for some indication that I wasn't sending emails into cyberspace with no one receiving them.
My last email in the week before Christmas pointed out that they had my money since July- there was no problem processing my credit card - and I had yet to recieve either notification of a new processing number or an indication they could not or would not supply the Red Green Show DVD's.
I have missed my husbands birthdya, our anniversary and now christmas and the series has some sentimental value to us as we first found it when we were courting and mu husband was in APEX- a mens service group - and we thought it was a funny show.
If anyone from TVbox set is out there and has any conscience at all, please send me my DVd's to Anne 36 nangathan Way Croydon North Victoria Australia 3136.
