Ordered a set of DVD's of Rocko's Modern Life as a gift for a family member. My credit card was charged quickly, months and many emails later still no delivery.

Can't understand why our credit card companies continue to let money flow to these robbers even after they've been told what is going on.

I've reported this outfit to the Federal Trade Commission, Dateline NBC, my State's attorney generals office and others.

I'm glad I'm not "in their shoes".
