Corporate Advocacy Program™
Tvc marketing claims to pay you a $80 advance for every membership sold at $19.95. No what they don't tell you is that if a consumer pays with a pre paid credit/debit card that they will only pay you $4.62 a month. This is stated no where in the training, no where in the back office, not anywhere they tell you this after you have made a sale.
Then Tvc Marketing owns motor club of america now this is where it is a scam. You can not just get motor club of america online you have to become a member with tcv marketing to be able to purchase the membership. You should not have to be a part of Tvc to be with MCA.
Then AAA is a lot cheaper than MCA. Now I know people are going to say "well MCA is Unlimited and you get a $150,000 worth a benefits" again false advertisement. Unlimited means as much as you want. Yet it states in motor clubs of america agreement they can cancel your membership if you abuse the privilege. So that misleading because if you use to many benefits that you pay for at once you can be at risk of losing your membership and money.
Here is the bottom line this is the biggest scam online and they are growing like wildfire. Most of the members with motor club of america are there associates. So they have no real consumers. The way you make money is by misleading people by telling them they can make $80 a referral and leave out that it has to be with a credit card or make $4.62 per month for 17 months. The Associates are telling people to double up by paying for people memberships and doubling there money. Which is false.
Also lets say you do have a credit card. If you use the same card to sign people up to double your money you will not because once you use the card anything else paid with that card you only make $4.62 a month. So do you see where they are misleading people and false advertising.
So Yes they have paid people But they are only doing that because they know that in the end they have you. If a member cancels there membership before 17 months you have to pay back the advance commission if you received the $80 dollars. They call this charge backs. So what do you think will happen if your member cancels before 17 months? They are going to attempt to collect off that credit card or bank draft they have on file. I could go one more on how they have misleading information.
Just beware and if you know someone in Mca/Tvc tell them to pull out know. Lets take them down and get our money back

False Information Being Reported.

SUBMITTED: Tuesday, May 07, 2013
POSTED: Tuesday, May 07, 201399.9% of the things this person said are False. We do NOT get paid only $4.62 or whatever he said. We GET PAID $40-$90 per referral. $9.95/mo. membership sold = $40-$45 the more sold in a week the more you make on each membership sold. $14.95/mo. membership sold is $60-$67.50, $19.95/mo. or higher membership sold is $80 - $90 per referral. We get paid the same way Insurance Agents, Brokers etc get paid. Advance Commissions. Now if the person cancels before their 17 month period, yes we get chargebacks..We rather charge OURSELVES chargebacks then our CUSTOMERS!! BUT it is not the way he said. They DO NOT chase us or use the card we have on file to collect that AND they don't collect all of it right away, it's taken in itty bitty pieces of your FUTURE commissions but it doesn't affect your commissions if your selling memberships. PLUS if you sell I think it's between 10 - 15 memberships a week, all your chargebacks are WAIVED and you don't have to pay back anything. Another thing is, AAA IS NOT CHEAPER! Check out the differences yourselves and COMPARE the major differences in the coverages. And it does NOT HAVE TO BE A CREDIT CARD, debit is fine, just no pre-paid that's all and MOST COMPANIES don't accept that either. There's no OBLIGATION for you to STAY, there's NO CONTRACT, You can CANCEL your membership at anytime you please. I don't get what the hate is all about. Yes we have BAD representation by some of our reps but we are 100% Legitimate Financially Solid Company. Tvc Marketing Associates is our new parent Company, we have put both coverages together as one. Tvc was once only for Truckers and Businesses, MCA was for our general public, and we are now merged together and are now available to our general public.

POSTED: Saturday, March 09, 2013Oh, but you forgot to mention that. Hmmmm seems like you're just bashing because you couldn't make any sales but the one you probably got for $4.62? And thats what you make if you sell the lowest membership at $9.95 per month to someone who uses....guess what....A PREPAID CARD. Now if they would've used a real CC or Bank Card you would've got the $40 advanced for that membership.
But what do I know right? I knew all this BEFORE the update because I actually CALLED them to see why I didn't get advanced commission on some sales. But wait....you weren't really serious enough to call and ask any questions or concerns??? LOL no wonder you FAILED and are now bashing the company.
At what point do dumb people actually be professional? NEVER. Although you might have some knowledge now for your next opp you might join. Karma will come and bite you in the rear cause of this negativity on your end for lack of being professional.

POSTED: Thursday, March 07, 2013This form of marketing is no different than what they cram down our throats on Tv and everywhere else, they walk the legal line. ALWAYS
Tvc absolutely pays an 80.00 commission unless of course it is a pre-paid card, which should really be common sense, I am surprised they allow you to join with a pre-paid card at all. As per "chargebacks".....seriously, use the brain a bit, this is simple arithmatic. The commission is advanced. Ugh
There is just one thing I wanted to mention about Tvc as a company, as my fellow associates have literally covered everything else WELL.
Tvc actually stands for The Truckers Voice in Court....how do I know this? I was a Trucker and their little booths were setup with associates in truck stops all over the country; this occurred long before it turned into the awesome work from home opportunity it is now.
"Back in the day", MCA Club only offered their services to professional drivers, enticing us with those "pre-paid legal fees" to keep the license clean. A "drivers" record is their livelihood, and they are a big 70ft money making machine to law enforcement and lawyers. (literally) Therefore this protection has been well worth it for those of us counting on our CDL for many many years.
So the ridiculous accusation that MCA is made up of only "associates" is yet another prime example of all the little Who's in Whoville crying Boo Hoo Hoo without knowing a damn thing of what they say.
If you want to work from home successfully, you need to put your big girl panties on and WORK. It don't happen overnight, and it don't happen by sitting around and writing long whiney posts after you yourself tried to dupe the company only to have your attempts fail miserably.
So while I may not like how these big "guru's" go out and present these legitimate opportunities, I don't agree with how corporate america does it either. The only thing I can control is how I present MCA and Tvc to people, with knowledge and truth.

They say they don't want to be an associate. You clearly state that if you refer someone to the membership you can make 80 dollars. How can you do that if you need a licence to sale motor club? See people that is commenting are people who sale for the company they are not genuine customers to the service. So of course you will say its great. They just had Fortune Hi-Tech get shut down for the same practice that TVC/MCA are doing

POSTED: Friday, February 01, 2013This statement is false!!!! MCA is not owned by TVC they are partnered companies! I am a member of MCA and Also an employee. I have talked to the company multiple times and they are VERY VERY nice people. They are polite and they do anything to help you. I have asked them numerous questions about the companies and they answered every single one of them. if you have any questions please feel free to call me!!! My number is 302-362-2622.
Also you don't have to become a member of TVC at all you can get MCA online!!!
Do NOT believe anything this person has said. He/she has been mislead!!! You can call 1-800-227-6459 and they will also answer any questions you have about the company(s)!!!
The fact that if you sell the membership to someone who pays with a gift card/pre-paid visa card (anything but a bank card) and only get $4.62 is TRUE!!! That is why you tell the customer you are selling to, they cannot pay with anything but a bank card. And if you are sponsored by a good associate who knows what they are talking about you will know this. And it DOES state this in the agreement page of the sign up!!! You have to READ instead of just hitting you agreeing with the terms and conditions.

A misinformation cocktail, TVC is not a scam.
AUTHOR: Dan - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, January 31, 2013
POSTED: Thursday, January 31, 2013You state that TVC advertises that they will pay $80/per referral as an associate, but fails to advertise that you will make only $9.24 upfront and $4.62 a month when one of your referrals uses a prepaid card.
Completely wrong! It clearly states in your back office and training that $80 commissions are advance commissions based on a referral paying with an "ongoing" form of payment like a checking account or major check card or credit card. If a person pays with a prepaid card or gift card they can just pay once and then stop, and tvc would not profit. You think a company would pay you $80 up front when a person only pays $40 onetime?? That would be a $40 net loss on each transaction for TVC. In your back office training manual TVC tells you in your promotions to explain to prospects to use an ongoing form of payment or you will receive $9.24 then $4.62 a month for however long the prospect is an MCA customer. I will post pictures from the TVC Matrix back office where this is clearly stated in the training manual and the FAQ section. TVC Marketing probably has one of the best most unique compensation plans in the direct sales industry because when someone signs up for an MCA membership for $40 upfront and $19.95/month you make $80! All you have to do is make sure the customer uses an ongoing form of payment, the $80 advance commission is based on the person being a member for 17 months, so $4.62 * 17 although there is no contractual obligation and you can cancel at anytime.
You state TVC only pays you $9.24 when you use the same card to sign up multiple customers. Um yeah of course to stop people like you from trying t game the great compensation system. You admittedly where trying to "double your money" by yourself paying for multiple $40 memberships under yourself with the same card so you could get multiple $80 payment and you thought TVC would allow you to get away with this and take a $40 net loss on each membership after they didn't continue after the first month, wrong. Was this even a serious complaint? To any potential TVC Marketing associates you must not use the same account for multiple memberships to insure it is not one person trying to game the system, reasonable request. Sorry its a real business so to make money you have to market, it's not hard it's actually fun seeing you marketing efforts pay off.
You make claims about MCA benefits not really being unlimited
Your just spreading your misinformation like a virus, Motor Club of America sign an go tow benefits are unlimited unlike AAA, and are effective from day one no need to wait for you card to arrive. I've used the tow twice in 5 months at no cost to me and I use my discounts literally all the time. You also get $100k in perks and discounts, hotels, car rentals, dental, vision, 50k in hospital stay benefits, $500 emergency room, $2000 in lawyer fees, $25 in bail bond, steep auto related discounts at major chains and a lot more. Go to MCA Motor Club benefits to see a full list of MCA benefits or directly to tvcmatrix.com and click a package.
You make a claim that MCA is a big scam with no customers just associates who pay for memberships. This may be the most misinformed part of your post. Motor Club of America has been in the auto club roadside & discount club industry since 1926 long before a lot of competitors. It was founded by William W. Green in 1926, you can Google that. MCA was just recently acquired by TVC Marketing in 2011, that brought about the associate direct sales program. So 87 years with 10 million customers all over the U.S and Canada, and the direct sales program is only a year and a half old but you say only associates are members? Sorry you are wrong again. You can go here to there site if you want to see real Motor Club of America Reviews from real MCA customers. Its sounds like the person who wrote this report got sucked into the advertising tactics of a particular associate and you really have no idea how direct sales works. Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware, Amway and Dish Network
are all direct sales companies . Are all there customers associates? I'm not sure you know the definition of pyramid scheme and the definition of what direct sales is and you are confusing the two, a pyramid scheme has NO ACTUAL PRODUCT, just people recruiting others with the person at the top making the most. MCA is a great company with an independent DIRECT SALES program through TVC Marketing In direct sales a successful company pays its members or associates to word of mouth refer as opposed to paying millions for advertisements. A top associate can earn more than a top exec at the company. Donald Trump and Warren Buffet have both touted the financial advantages of network marketing.
You claim if a customer cancels before 17 months you get a chargeback and they will charge your card you signed up with.
Completely wrong, you don't know how the chargebacks work. they will never charge your card for a charge back, it is just taken out of your future commission payment and will never total more than %50 of your check. And if your produce a certain amount of referrals in a week your chargebacks will be wipe off. But I will state with most good reps chargebacks are rare
In conclusion MCA is a great roadside assistance and discount club with a great direct sales program, but decide for your self. Being your own boss isn't for everyone. If you have any more questions about how TVC Marketing works go directly to tvcmatrix.com, click associates and click FAQ. And if you like what you see sign up as an associate and become an MCA member. Go here to TVC Matrix Reviews to see real TVC associate testimonials.

POSTED: Monday, January 28, 2013When I first heard about MCA i was thinking this was a some NOT TRUE but i been doing home business since 2004, so i always do my research and read between the lines before i joined any online work from home business its important to do so because you will know what your getting in to be you join.
Now people is saying these services is not accurate which is false, i used my services almost ten times now and never had a problem. Listen if something is free to use or have discounts please don't not take advantage of it stop being greedy and give somebody else a chance to use the services also of course any company will be unappreciated with you, because your not the only one using the services.
Every since MCA got popluar every company either try to copy their 3x8 matrix plan (note! if you don't know about MLM you will not most likely know what a 3x8 matrix plan is you can do your search) and try to make people think its a scam because of how many members they have attract with in a year and half time yes MCA was rebuild in 2011 which was only for major companies before they started giving people online opportunity's to make money with the company TVC matrix brought in to the company back in 2011 turning it to MCA which was going to be a home based business.
Since MCA gives you the option to run your own business which a lot of people are not to good at doing that's when they fail because they're looking at the front money part of the company not the back in part of the company, when you do your research about MLM you will see what I'm talking about.
Its your business so you will need all the tools, so the MCA will not be in your pockets because your responsible for your own customers you bring into MCA, they just give you access to their services to sell and make a profit.
Your sponsor gives you all the tools and information you will need, so you can make your first $500 to $800 your first week and if you only get 1 or 2 sales it's always another week to make the money and another smh! were is the scam please tell me i want to see for myself entail i found one I'm with this MCA money train till the wheels fall off.
Why other people running around looking for a scam or negative comments and thinking negative, the only way you will make money online or in public anywhere you got to have a positive way of thinking of cause your going have negative people trying to make you think like them because their mind is so constant on thinking negative and don't want to work for nothing in life and will never reach they goals unless they change their way of thinking and the people they hang with or lesson too.

POSTED: Monday, December 24, 2012Also tvc states you can take cash payments and they will take the payment out of your account. I doesn't state that you will only make $4.62 for doing so. So that is a very misleading concept. You see a income projecting that say that the pay out is $80.
So again this is false misleading information. This company is ruin hard working marketers good name by not including this in training to tell other people. You find out from other online members about that you will not receive that advance commission.

Just think about why
AUTHOR: John - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Monday, December 24, 2012
POSTED: Monday, December 24, 2012Rather than say it is false advertising, why not THINK about the reasons for paying $4.62 when a pre-paid debit/credit card is used, or when the same credit card is used as when initially joining? Imagine this: you join with a credit card and collect your $80 commission; now you join again with the same credit card, but with false details, or you pay for someone's membership and you again collect $80, but now you (or they) cancel that subscription. And you think you should keep the second (false) commission? I assume that is what you mean by "doubling up"...something I have never heard of, and it certainly sounds like cheating, so you get what you deserve.
Of course it is charged back, and the same thinking goes for the debit card...you are paid a reduced commission as long as the debit card payment is good. The 17 months is near enough the $80 you would get if you paid up-front with a credit card. This is NOT a scam and not false advertising in my opinion...just good sound business practice on the part of MCA (TVC is only the marketing arm as is clearly explained).
You have a right to your opinion, and certainly to not join MCA, but please, let's get all the facts right (and check your spelling). Here's detailed info about the program:
